There was some unexpected weather along Rt. 3 in East Rutherford, NJ yesterday. It was raining money! The back of a Brinks truck opened up while in motion, causing money to spill out all over the highway. People jumped out of their cars collecting money like it was a Christmas miracle just for them. Unfortunately, the money wasn’t theirs, and it caused multiple crashes in the outbound lanes.
Detectives are investigating the incident, and asking anyone with information to call the East Rutherford Police Department at 201-438-0165.
The Oscars still haven’t found a host, but the perfect person just threw her hat in the ring: Whoopi! The EGOT winner already hosted four times. Whoopi told Colbert she thinks Ken Jeong should host.
Tell Us: Who do you think should host the Oscars?
Another woman is speaking out about Les Moonves. On Michelle Collins’ radio show, Cybil Shepherd claims she rejected Moonves, and alleged he cancelled her hit show Cybil because of it.
“He was telling me his wife didn’t turn him on… some mistress didn’t turn him on and I’m watching him drink alcohol and I’m going… he says, ‘Well you know, why don’t you let me take you home…’ I said, ‘No, I’ve got a ride.'”
Cybil, which ran for four seasons, was about a struggling actress trying to get career back. She believes her show “would have run another five years” if things had gone differently that day.
DaBrat is opening up about her big debt. She owes $8 million to a woman she hit in the face with a bottle of rum, causing permanent scarring. The woman was an aspiring actress and Falcons cheerleader who worked as a hostess at a nightclub. DaBrat went to prison for three years for the offense.
On last night’s Growing Up Hip Hop, DaBrat spoke with her sister Lisa Raye about it. “I make that much money in my lifetime, but I haven’t seen it yet… That’s not even reachable… I was wrong, I [effed] up, I made a mistake, I regret it, I went to jail, yeah. OK? A lot of bad things happened but I also met a lot of great people and learned a lot from it… I’m good with it.”
Brad Pitt is getting slammed. His charity built homes in New Orleans and sold them to victims of Hurricane Katrina. Some homeowners are suing Brad and the foundation, claiming they built defective homes that leak, are filled with mold, and falling apart.
Brad believes it wasn’t his responsibility to make sure the homes were built correctly. The homeowners clapped back, saying he had no problem taking responsibility for the homes when the press was favorable.
Birdman is having a hard time selling his Miami mansion. It’s been on the market for a year, and the price just dropped from $20 million to $15.5 million. The home has 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a movie theater, below ground pool, cabana, gym, spa, massage room, and private beach volleyball court.
Birdman needs money to pay off the $12 million dollar loan he defaulted on. He put the mansion up as collateral, was forced to give up the keys, security system codes, and contents of the mansion.
