A woman named Judy is suing Bill Cosby, claiming he sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion back in 1974 when she was 15. A judge just set the trial date for October 2019. Judy is represented by Gloria Allred.
Judy and her 16-year-old friend went to the Playboy Mansion. Judy claims she told Bill how old they were, but he allegedly pursued them anyway. Furthermore, Judy claims they all played billiards together, and Bill would allegedly give them alcohol and tell them they have to drink every time he wins a game. Bill allegedly took Judy to a bedroom suite in the mansion and assaulted her.
The statute of limitations have passed, but Judy was able to sue because she was a minor at the time of the attack.
Bill has been in prison for two months, and just lost an appeal in his criminal case.
