Nicki Minaj is being sued by Tracy Chapman for stealing her song. Earlier this year, Nicki recorded a song with Nas allegedly using a sample from Tracy’s hit song “Baby Can I Hold You.” Tracy claims Nicki made multiple requests to use the music, but Tracy rejected her every time. Funkmaster Flex got his hands on the song, leaked it on the radio, and the song went viral!
Nicki’s team tried to make the song disappear but the damage was done. Tracy is now suing Nicki to ban her from ever releasing the song, and an undisclosed amount of money.

Megyn Kelly found herself in a lot of hot water. On her show yesterday, Megyn was talking about Halloween costumes becoming too politically correct. Megyn felt there was nothing wrong with dressing in blackface on Halloween.
Megyn issued an apology to her colleagues. “I realize now that such behavior is indeed wrong, and I am sorry. The history of blackface in our culture is abhorrent; the wounds too deep.” Her apology wasn’t enough for some of her NBC colleagues, including Al Roker, who spoke out this morning.
