Teresa Giudice cannot catch a break.

Today, October 10th, immigration Judge John Ellington in York, Pennsylvania ruled that 46 year old Joe (Giuseppe) Giudice is to be deported from the United States and sent back to Italy after he finishes his prison sentence. “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” Judge Ellington told Joe according to a report from Radar Online. Wife Teresa was reportedly not in court for the ruling.

Joe is currently serving a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, he’s scheduled to finish his sentence early in March 2019. With the new immigration ruling in place, Joe will be transferred into ICE custody once he’s released.

Miles Feinstein, the attorney representing Joe, told the public back in July that Joe “came over here when he was one year old. His family was living the American dream. He came over here so young. He never anticipated anything like this.”

In January 2018, Teresa told People that “Italy’s a beautiful place to live,” and she wouldn’t mind living there. “Whatever God has planned for me, that’s what’s going to happen. I will embrace it the best I can.”
