We know that Cardi B doesn’t walk away from her problems. She faces them head on, then struts away serving us smiles, giving us leg, & a timeless look.
On October 1, 25 year-old Cardi B walked into the 109th precinct in Queens, New York, and turned herself in. Cardi was charged with two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of assault.
Cardi’s drama in Queens reportedly all stems back to an alleged assault that occurred on August 29, 2018 at Angels Strip Club in Flushing. Two female bartenders at the club claim that Cardi B ordered an attack on them. The reason for the alleged attack is because Cardi believed her husband Offset had an affair with one of the women. The women claiming to be targeted by Cardi are also claiming they were injured during the attack, although both declined medical treatment at the time of the incident. A police spokesperson said Cardi is believed to have been “throwing chairs, bottles and hookahs in the club at 3 a.m.”
Outside of the 109th precinct station, Cardi’s lawyer Jeff Kern told reporters, “We are not aware of any evidence that she caused anybody any harm at the club that night. We expect that the matter is going to be resolved expeditiously.” Joe Tacopina, a Representative for the two women involved told reporters, “Cardi B ordered and committed violent assaults against my clients, and is being called to justice for her crimes.”
Cardi B is scheduled to be arraigned in court on October 29.
