Vegan Crab Cakes
Ingredients:

1 can of garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
1 zucchini grated
1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs
2 scallions chopped green parts only
2 teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning
2 teaspoons of vegan mayo
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of potato starch
1 1/2 teaspoon spicy mustard
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 cup of nori flakes (dried seaweed)
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Panko breadcrumbs for coating

Directions:
With a potato masher or a fork press down on the beans until they are mostly mashed.

Squeeze excess water out of zucchini and put in large bowl with beans.

Add next 9 ingredients and mix well. Form 6 patties with mixture.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs in a sheet pan or dish and coat patties on both sides. Add olive oil to a non stick saute pan and heat on medium high.

Brown on both sides approximately 6 min total.

Serves 3-4.

Alaskan Snow Crab Legs with Corn and Broccoli
Ingredients:

4lbs of Alaskan Snow Crab Legs
4 ears of corn cut in half
1 head of broccoli cut into pieces

Directions:
In a large pasta pot with strainer, boil 4 cups of water. Put crab legs in the strainer, cover and steam for about 5 minutes.

Remove crab legs from pot. In the same pot, add broccoli and steam for about 5 min and remove.

In a saucepan boil 4 cups of water and add corn, cook for 10 min.

Beer Sauce
Ingredients:

2 cans of beer
1/2 cup of water
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons of Old Bay
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Directions:
In a large pot add all ingredients and let sauce come to a boil, reduce heat and let sauce simmer for about 5 minutes

Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients:

1 stick of salted butter
1 teaspoon of fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Directions:
In a saucepan melt butter. Add garlic, parsley and lemon. Stir until well blended simmer for 2 minutes.

Add crab legs to beer pot and swish until crab is covered.

Remove crab and place in bag add broccoli and corn drizzle with garlic Butter and sprinkle with Old Bay.

Serves 3-4

Clobster Roll
Ingredients:

One long potato roll
2.5 oz of cooked alaskan snow crab meat
2.5 oz of cooked lobster meat
garlic butter

Directions:
Brush garlic butter on bun and toast in a saute pan over medium heat, remove bun and add crab and lobster to pan, cook until heated throughout, about 2 minutes. Toss with garlic butter, add meat to bun. Sprinkle with Old Bay.
