Grilln’ N’ Chilln’ Apple Pie Moonshine

Apple Pie Moonshine (One Batch)
Ingredients:
1 gallon Apple Juice
1/2 gallon Apple Cider
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Small Jar of Cinnamon Sticks (maybe 6-8 pcs)
1 bottle (750ml) Jr. Johnson Midnight moonshine*(may not be available in all 50 states)

Directions:
Mix gallon of apple juice, 1/2 gallon apple cider, 1 cup of sugar and boil all on the stove till sugar melts (about 5 minutes).

Take pot off stove and pour in moonshine. Stick in cinnamon sticks (the longer you leave in cinnamon sticks the more cinnamon taste will be in pot).

Drink is ready to serve hot, but you can also drink after it cools depending on what you prefer.

Orange Cherry Drop Drink

Ingredients:
2 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce Triple Sec
Simple syrup (to taste)–recipe below
2 or 3 maraschino cherries, plus 1 cherry for garnish
Splash of soda water

Directions:
Fill a martini glass with ice and water and let stand for about 1 minute.
Fill a cocktail shaker to about one-third of the way with ice. Pour in the vodka, Triple Sec and simple syrup. Add 2 or 3 cherries, squeezing them to release some of their juice; cover the shaker and shake vigorously
Pour the ice water out of the martini glass. Using a cocktail strainer, pour the cocktail into the chilled glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Bloody Mary and Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Martini

Bloody Mary

Mixing Ingredients:
3 ounces tomato juice
1 ounce vodka, Smirnoff® No. 21™
1/2 ounce lemon juice
2 dashes red hot pepper sauce
2 dashes green hot pepper sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Ice cubes
Half-slice lemon, pickled hot pepper
Garnish with Slim Jim

Mixing Directions:
In a large glass, combine tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, red hot sauce, green hot sauce, a pinch of salt and black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into another large glass. Pour back and forth between the two glasses. Wet the rim of a chilled glass with water; dip rim in salt. Fill glass with ice; strain mixture into glass. Garnish with Slim Jim.

Makes 1 drink

Ouzo Pomegranate Martini

Mixing Ingredients:
4 ounces pomegranate juice
4 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces ouzo
2 ounces vodka
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
2 lime slices, for garnish
ice

 

In a martini shaker, combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup of ice. Shake well and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses rimmed with sugar. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge.

Serves 2
