1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
12 oz. andouille sausage, ground
1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
1 tsp. salt
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Make burger patties. On high heat, grill the patties. Top with caramelized onions and your favorite toppings on a bun.
