Joe Giudice Wants Prison Rehab, But Big House Allegedly Won’t Do It

Watch What Happens Live - Season 12

Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice suffered a high price when her husband Joe Giudice was accused of bankruptcy fraud. When the couple was sentenced in 2014, the judge recommended that Joe participate in an alcohol treatment program. From how Teresa’s new book “Standing Strong” reads, it seems that Joe’s drinking became worse, especially during Teresa’s time in “camp” (AKA prison).

Teresa went to jail for 15 months. Now, Joe is serving his time, and he’s allegedly not getting the help he needs for his alcohol problem. According to Joe’s court docs, Fort Dix is using a detainer placed on him by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to exclude him from the program.
