Karrueche Tran won’t be seeing Chris Brown for a while.
The judge in Tran’s case against Chris Brown granted her a restraining order for the next five years.
On Thursday, June 15th, Tran took the stand and told the court what transpired between her and Chris after their breakup. Chris allegedly made violent threats towards Tran when she would give back the diamond rings he bought her.
Tran claims there was also a series of texts that demonstrate Chris’ erratic behavior, and violent tendencies. One text allegedly said, “I’m not being nice to you no more, if I see you out in public again and I’m there I will make you hate me even more, don’t be anywhere I’m out in public, I’m going to ban you from all events.” Another text, where he allegedly becomes aggressive, says, “Bitch I will beat the s—t out of you.”
Tran also claims Chris beat her several years ago, including pushing her down the stairs.
This is not Chris’ first time assaulting another woman. Chris was charged in 2009 with making criminal threats and felony assault after beating Rihanna, which he plead guilty to.
