WATCH THIS: Claws on TNT
Imagine a mafia meets a nail salon; that’s essentially what Claws is, and we love it.
Niecy Nash plays Desna, the owner of Nail Artisan of Manatee County salon in central Florida. While the nails that they do in the salon are very real (and fabulous), the nail salon is just a front. Desna’s boyfriend, Roller (Jack Kesy), has her laundering money for his illegal pain med dealing.
Desna, with the help of her ride or die besties Jennifer (Jenn Lyon) and Quiet Ann (Judy Reyes), run a successful business and operation. That doesn’t mean she wants to stay in the game forever! She finds out the hard way that getting out of the game is easier said than done.
Claws premieres this Sunday at 9/8c on TNT.
LISTEN TO THIS: Charly Black
Born and raised on the countryside of Jamaica, Charly Black has become one of the most widely recognized reggae artists in the industry. Charly recorded his first hit in 2004 and has been riding to the top ever since. Some of Charly’s influences include Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Bounty Killer, U2, Phil Collins, and Josey Wales.
It’s practically summer here at The Wendy Show. What better way to kick off the warm weather than with Charly’s biggest hit, “Gyal You A Party Animal” on the Wendy stage?!
