It’s a “Wendy” event when Wendy welcomes Grammy award-winning R&B superstar, Mary J. Blige to the show for the very first time.

No question is off limits when Mary sits down on Wendy’s couch. Does Mary struggle with sobriety? Is motherhood in her future? Is her marriage on the rocks?

Mary opens up only to Wendy!

Plus, Mary performs two of her hit songs “Mr. Wrong” and “Living Proof.”

    I am so super excited to see Mary J on your show. I have been a fan of hers for so long even back when i was a little girl and really didn’t know the depth of what her music really meant. Now that I am older (20) I have music I can relate to. There is not a moment that I am not listening to Mary J. she gets me through so much and I love and idolize her. My hopes is tht she comes to Alabama again soon because it would be the only time I will be able to see her live. I just want to say that finding out that she is going to be on your show this week has made my entire week and its what I have been looking forward to. I can’t wait to find out answers to the burning questions many fans including myself have. Love you Mary and Love you Wendy. Can’t wait for Wednsday!

It was such a pleasure to be able to come to your show in Sept 2011 here in the Sacramento arear I must say the T.V. don’t do you any justice in person you are absolutely Beautiful and very very down to earth. I hope you come back on the Wendy Williams Day we have made for you in Sept. I just wanna also say I’m so Happy your gonna have Ms. Mary J. Bliage Kendu on your show she is The real Queen Of Hip Hop in my Book she’s so classy and so real when she open her moth it’s like waves going into your ear…. I wish I was gonna be there but since I’m not can you ask her the question about her having Kids I think she would be a great mother like all of us that are mother’s… Thanks Miss Shanell…..:)

    I am a big fan of your, I watch you show every night at 12:00 on BET in Boston. I have never missed a show. I would love to be a guest on your show when I am in the New York area. I am super excited to see that Mary J Blige will be on your show on Wednesday. I am her biggest fan and have been a fan since the very beginning. She is my life coach through her songs.   15. How you doin? I am a huge fan of your show and of Mary J. Blige. I am so sad that I am not able to come to your show this day for I am not able to take off from work. I went to see Mary last week on Live With Kelly and did not have the opportunity to meet her. :( Words cannot explain how much I love this woman! She is my biggest inspiration. She is “a friend in my head!” She is an AMAZING performer and artist. Her lyrics and passion in her music are her diary. She is true to herself and to her fans. Her fans love her so much for she cares and wants to help us grow into the best we can be. Her work as a philanthropist is proof of her love for people as well. Everything she does is perfection!
