“My Black Is Beautiful” correspondent Tai Beauchamp, celebrity hairstylist Tippi Shorter and beauty expert Cindy Watson gave “Wendy Watcher” and breast cancer survivor, Nikee, a head-to-toe makeover that you need to see to believe.
