His longer and thicker hair is better, gives it so much volume and richness to his appearance. When he had it shorter with the hair and the beard the first few seasons, he looked so much like Guillermo, one of the sidekicks from Jimmy Kimmel Live from late night. I compared those two so much. Now, he looks a little different now.
