Grilled New York Strip Steak with Chimichurri
Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
1 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
Zest of 1 lemon, using a micro-plane
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
Sea Salt and freshly ground black pepper
