Hey Wendy!
Great show with Starr, and you handled yourself with the utmost class. I honestly don’t know what to think of her. I blogged once before when your talk show debuted, praising your transformation as a girl from your radio days, to your come up as a mature woman, and international talk show hostess. Kudos. Let’s get down to business. I guess I missed what went down between you and Starr years ago. I was uncomfortable hearing her bring up the past between the two of you, several times, without filling in the details of what had transpired. She seemed intent on proving to the audience that she was doing a good deed by offering forgiveness by coming on your show. To be honest, I’ve never been a Starr fan, but watching the episodes on Celebrity Apprentice so far, I had warmed up to her. After seeing her on your show, I was left feeling confused and almost angry. She came across as guarded, unapproachable, and self righteous. Starr, we know you are a rich, successful, lawyer, we all get it. Something about a woman that constantly has to promote her qualifications and accomplishments, leaves me feeling uneasy. If you are really that great, people will recognize it, you do not need to tote your greatness as a badge. Shame on you. Starr, you are amazing, and it seems that sometimes, you are your best promoter. I think that you would find yourself to be more like-able, if you just sat back, listened, and shut your mouth occasionally. Or maybe you just don’t care what other people think. I admired Starr, because she was, as she put it, “morbidly obese”, and then became healthy. But for the love of God, come down to earth, and learn how the “other half” lives. It’s great to be strong. In this society you have to be, but it is also OK to be soft sometimes. Starr is a hard, hard woman. Even with her weight loss, and her admirable health consciousness, she still comes across as a spiteful, raging…..you know what. Let the anger go Starr… Wendy, keep doing what you do. Informing the people, honestly, frankly and with no holds barred. My husband and I are taking bets on whom will achieve the next Oprah status, you or Tyra. As much as I love Tyra, my money is on you.

In regards to Chris Brown (I’m not a fan), so my opinion is not biased. It just seems to me that all the TV journalists are all saying that Robin from GMA was right to ask him those questions. But, personally I thought she was out of line. The boy said he did not want to talk about that and changed the subject, and she still went back and pressed him further. That just turned me off to her. And I thought you, Wendy are sometimes too judgemental and your comments are mean spirited. I still love you though.

Hi Wendy: I loved your show that you had on with star Jones. I was really happy when she stated that she will not bash another woman. I would like to also congratulate you on your success. It is not often that I get to watch your show but now that I was laid off I get to watch you when I am not looking for work. But People have to understand that we go through life with people bashing you but you should not care about what anyone think about you beside look where god is today from where people bashed him and He is now the most popular person. I would like to give you a thumb up for Dancing with the stars (DO YOUR THING)

Wendy,
I think your reporting of the Chris Brown GMA incident was responsible. Until Mr. Brown realizes he has a problem he will never achieve true success in his life and will continue to feel entitled to hurt others both physically and mentally. All we are looking for, Mr. Brown, is an indication that you, “get it”. Once that happens no one will bring up the past anymore. When you relieve the past with outbursts of anger it just tells us that you are the same old woman beating coward.
Speaking of cowards, all of you who wanted to defend CB by mentioning Wendy’s husband in such a hurtful way need the same help that CB does. Don’t hate, it makes you look ugly.

Yes Wendy most definitely came off as a negative woman today. Yes Chris still has some ways to go with dealing with his anger and learning how the world operates but let me ask you this Wendy. How would you feel if everytime you went on an interview people bring up your husband sexing the crap out of that young lady or still judge you for using drugs (the white stuff at that) how would you feel Wendy? I’m sure you would not just go into your dressing room and sip tea like it didn’t bother you especially when you have worked so hard to move forward.

Hi Wendy, HOW YOU DANCING? On your show Friday March 25, 2011 a group of large breast women wrote in asking what type of bra you wear because your girls always look perky and I agree. My question to you is what was the name of the bra, it sounded like you where saying WAFFLE BRAS, I kept rewinding but I am still not sure.
Wendy, please help me because My GIRLS ARE DEPRESSED.

OMG!!!!! I thought I was the only one that noticed Wendy talking about Chris Brown…Im like Wendy please give me a break I even changed the channel because I was so annoyed. Its so amazing to me how people over come things they struggle with then are so quick to judge others who are trying. Wendy as smart as you are if you notice someone not wanting to talk about something im sure you would move on to the next question and not keep pressing. Also you was talking about Chris going out and partying with a big booty girl who was half dressed okay is that his fault she was dressed like that it aint like he’s MARRIED and all over another woman if you know what i mean. And as far as the girl’s butt being bigger than the screen okay your gigantic breast are bigger than the screen and i have also heard you mention the fact that you even wear a string bikini to the beach and you have the nerve to talk about what someone else is wearing wow!! VERY disappointed today(sad face) sometimes you can say a little to much and i really like your show but sometimes i have to change the channel. Wendy, You are officially the new Oprah. (Silence in the crowd when you told them that Chris had the #1 album in the country) Yeah you put another huge nail in the coffin of this young man’s potential career. What did Oprah say, something like if he hits you he will hit you again. Something like that…Did you even watch the entire show of GMA that he was on? Or the entire apology on BET the next day? If nothing else happened between Feb 09 and Mar ’11, ok. But he had community service, DV classes, Grammy Nominations, a #1 movie, 4 #1 hits off a new album to name a few things. BUT relevant news is if he has seen or been around Rih since the lift of the restraining order almost 2 months ago. REALLY! A journalist knows that they were both in attendance at the Grammys…right? What would the follow on question be? Umm did you two speak/ BREAKING NEWS. Whatever. We will see what happens without a publicist and the media beat down because …how did you say it, oh yeah, he cannot articulate a sentence. God forbid the WORLD ever focuses in on anything in your past and holds you down for it. I guess he should have known better, growth and time means nothing if he doesn’t submit to the media. #WINNING . Still a fan of your show, just an observation.

Also I would like to add about something that has been nagging me. Wendy said that some people didn’t want CB on DWTS because it’s a family show. DWTS is far from what you would consider a family show, you got women on their professional dancers/celebrities who wear next to almost nothing sometime and shaking everything that their mothers gave them so I don’t see how that’s such a family show that Chris can’t perform.

I ran across an article yesterday on the internet that referred to Wendy being sued for accepting $25,000 and not fulfilling a engagement to host a program. The details are sketchy and I am wondering if this is an old story and just resurfaced or did it really even happen?

I watched your show on Tuesday and was appauled at the things you stated about Chris Brown. Yes! it was wrong for Chris to beat on Rihanna the way that he did, but you and i were not in the car with them to know exactly what happened. I personally think that he is sorry about it, and has apologized numerous times to the public, so why is the media still chastising him? It has been 2 years since the Rihanna incident, she has moved on and he has moved on. Wendy, for you to talk about your disapproval of his hair color and tight pants on your show, showed me how immature you are. You should be the last person to criticize someone on the way they look. You look like a amazon drag queen. You sucked on Dancing With The Stars, looked trashy in your costume and could not dance…you danced worst than a white girl(Kate Gosselin). Wendy, unless you look like Halle Berry, the last thing you need to do is criticize someone.
