I was home from work on 1/7/11 and saw Richard Simmons with some of his recipes, but cannot find them on the web site. Can you send me the recipes for the veggies with the olive oil and the spaghetti squash? thanks

I work out with Richard Simmons via DVD. I was so happy I saw him on your show. I wish he’d have classes in NYC I know so many who would benefit from live classes from him. The DVD s aren’t hard to follow and they’re fun.

A note for Richard Simmons..you Need to get your own show again, I used to do your program every day and I felt good about myself..the biggest Loser is a Great show but it’s not interactive..Please come back..

Wendy, How Ya Doin’ !!!!! My husband and I have recently started watching your show and we really enjoy it. You are so cool!!! My problem is today Jan 7, 2011 you had Richard Simmons on ( a rerun show) and I’d like the receipe of the food he had made. It looked so delicious. Could you email me or post it in the blogs?

i love the spaghetti squash recipe. It was amazing i made for Thanksgiving since i am a vegeterian and my whole loved it. I put a touch of my own into the recipe and it was fanastic. I recommend to anyone on a diet. I LOVE SPAGHETTI SQUASH. try wit

How You Doin’ Richard, I loved the tips of loving yourself and portion cotrol and the benefits of exercising. Real inspiring and moving it’ all make since and it’s all true. A big fan of him. Wendy is just the best of our time! I love watching the Wendy Williams Experience.

i have a problem all my life with my weight im 5’1 and now im 171lbs and im 53. i wish i could do more exercise i walk alot and things .wish i could eat healther and would like to have more of richard simmons. ideas for food. thank u linda kern

I LOVE HIM!!! he is so sincere in everything he says!! he has had real struggles.. and is honest about them.. he is a real, genuine person… who is really trying to help others!! i just absoutley LOVE him!!

My biggest struggles when it comes to losing weight and eating healthy, is doing it. I weight 350 lbs. have a lot of health problems and I am very sad unhappy some times I wish that I were not here because I feel so bad about myself. and all I seem to do is eat all the wrong things, but eating seem to help me when I am feeling sad ,useless and ugly. I take care of my grand child and I feel that I am setting a bad example for her she is a wonderful child and deserve to be around some one that can show her how to enjoy life. I am too fat and ugly to show her a good time and if she leave me I know that I will die, because I would not have no reason to get up . and it seem to be getting that way day by day. I do not want to die but I can not stop eating the wrong foods. i try to help others but when it comes to me I dont feel that I a worth it. I wish I could lose at least 150 lbs. I have tried everything and nothing works for me. I do good for a second and its back to eating when ever someone do or say something that hurt my feelings. Or make me feel that it’s my fault. HELP if you can.
