Earlier this week a lot of Wendy viewers posted comments on our Facebook and Twitter pages, saying they disagreed with Wendy’s comments about Ted Williams, the homeless man with the golden voice.
Wendy expressed some concern that a lot was happening, too fast and too soon for Ted who has a history of drug and alcohol abuse.
Just two days later, Ted Williams was involved in a fight with one of his daughters and after talking with Dr. Phil, agreed to go to rehab.

Ingredients:
3 cups brewed coffee, cooled
1 (16-ounce) containers mascarpone
5 eggs, separated
14 ounces savoiardi cookies (firm ladyfingers)
1/2 cup sugar, plus 2 tablespoons or more, for the coffee
2 shots rum or Italian Marsala, optional
Pinch salt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup shaved dark chocolate, to garnish
Special equipment: Moka coffee pot that serves 12 (3 cups coffee)
