Dear Wendy,
I truly hope you are able to read this. I was quite dismayed at the comments you made on Monday’s show about Cynthia Bailey’s wedding. While I am open-minded enough to realize that you have a right to your opinion, I don’t find it necessary to be outwardly rude and cruel. You flat out called Cynthia an idiot, said she was stupid and that everyone in Atlanta was laughing at her, and went onto question why she would even be concerned about spending money on a wedding for people who don’t care about her, etc. I sat and stared at the TV with my mouth wide open because, while I know that you have a history of being brash, specifically in your on the air radio days in NY, I thought this was crossing the line. Regardless of how I might feel, how you might feel, or Cynthia’s family might feel – it is her choice….and it was something that was honorable in God’s eyes too. She married the man that she loved and all anyone should do is wish them the very best . I thought the finale was a nice change from all the drama….It was Cynthia’s big day and it was absolutely beautiful. It was so surprising to hear you being so verbally abusive – to call her stupid and then try to belittle her with the lie that everyone thinks she is a fool for marrying him – who cares what other people think – this is her life and Peter’s life – all you should say is may God Bless them and wish them both the best in their union. What bothers me about you is that I believe if it were Kim Kardashian getting married to Reggie you would have an entirely different attitude and not be so abusive and intrusive…..you say you are not into weddings, etc….but you had a replica of Kim in a wedding dress on several occasions in hope that she would get to marry Reggie….and lastly – you married your husband, and would have regardless of what anyone in your family, etc. might have felt about him – so let’s stop the judging – yes, you have a right to your opinion, but I just feel you went way overboard and I am so happy to see that others voiced their disdainment as well because it was just plain cruel. It’s not all about money Wendy – you should know that. Honestly, you owe Cynthia and Peter an apology. I hope you try to remember there is a person out there that you are talking about-ask yourself is such opinionated cruelty necessary – woman to woman and person to person, let’s be considerate and respectful of each other. Thank you.

Yes, Wendy – I have always defended you on your blackness way back from the first radio station in NY. Come on – when white women do crazy it’s great. There is no way you should be promoting Jersey Shore and pregnant, gold digging Kim to the level that you do – and the K girls . Where are your Urban guest – all that defense of WW – I’m getting egg in my face in all directions. Be open to all guest, but don’t always slam on the brothers and sisters. When a good looking white guy is on you go crazy, let the brothers come on who are hot, you do make a statement, but not as much for the others. come on Wendy, help me get the eggs off – I got boiled, and fried- Just saying.

Wendy please don’t turn back to the old Wendy of radio being mean and disrespectful. I’m sure your past has a lot to do with why you don’t have that many know black stars on your show. It was highly uncalled for what you said about Cynthia and just because a show isn’t ghetto and full of drama doesn’t make it boring. Last time I checked if someone wanted to have a wedding regardless their age if they were paying for it I didn’t think there was a problem.

Its always great to have an opinion. Right or wrong. Every says Kim treated Sweetie like a servant but she is grown and just as rude and I think even more rude than Kim and she gives way more than Kim. I always loved Nene but she really started to speak about things that didn’t concern her AT ALL. telling Kandi what Kim said bout them when she got back on the bus and so on.
Nene is and always will be rude, Kim is finds an opportunity and takes it, I do frown upon it but that’s HER CHOICE. Nene has two kids by two different men also even if one is her husband. She did the wedlock thing as well. Talking bout Kim and how she is sleeping with a married man, who is her bestfriend Diana Childs father? A MARRIED MAN WHOSE CHILD SUPPORT MONEY SHE USED FOR PLASTIC SURGERY.
They all have baggage and and shouldn’t thrown a pebble at each other. THEY were made for TV and you all watch and are entertained, even on the Wendy Show. Wendy has her first ammendment to say what she wants on her show about Cynthia, she married a man in what seemed a little rush to me but I guess she has been the fiancé and not the bride so many times she was tired.
Who are we to defend obvious wrongs? this won’t get you a show. RHOA has a cast of HUMAN BEINGS. Celebrities are human and their actions are mo different from the actions of many. All of them had children out of we’d lock. But here we are focusing on the constant bad in two people. Nene words were verbal abuse. Check a law book she could be charged for what she said and Kim and her three kids. Between her and her God

Where’s NeNe Leakes when you need her!!! Someone needs to strangle or slap Kim back to reality. I am sooooo tired of her always playing the victim! She ought to be ashamed of herself trapping that 25-year-old by having a baby . . . who does that???? Oh, well I guess she can get Queenie (oh, my bad . . . I mean Sweetie) to help birth her baby!!!
I for one will NOT watch RHOA if NeNe is not there!!! NeNe has not done half the crazy crap that Kim has done. NeNe is right about everything she has ever said about Kim. She can’t sing and she is a gold-digger all day long. What else does she do besides flaunt her boobs, wear bad wigs, and live off men?? I am really tired of her . . . really tired!
And, Wendy, I was really disappointed in your show . . . period. We already have a black talk show host who doesn’t give black women enough credit and now here you are doing the same thing. Having Kim on your show and glorifying her pregnancy was absolutely ridiculous. You did nothing but dog out NeNe and Cynthia and it was uncalled for. I am trying to continue to watch you every morning, but you are making very difficult.

Sometimes we should keep our comments to ourself. Sorry Wendy, but I thought your remarks about Cynthia were mean and out of line. You did not have to say all of that about Cynthia. Should she have gotten married to Peter maybe not, but calling her stupid and acting like an eighth grader was uncalled for and totally rude. As far as RHOA being boring, it wasn’t to me. Cynthis’s wedding was a big part of the show, but there were also other segements that made up the show. I thought Lawrence performance was good, Sheree’s audition was funny, Dwight’s apology to Nene was genuine, and Phaedra crying and leaving here baby to go back to work was sweet. In addition to Cynthia’s mom and sister trying to hide the marriage license made up for an interesting show. Finally, why would Kim call the last episode of her own show and castmate’s wedding boring makes no sense whatsoever. Even if she thought that she should have again kept that comment to herself.

I hate being mean and this letter is because I am angry at the statements Wendy Williams made as a black woman about another black woman, which is unforgivable. Miss Wendy, I have watched your show because you were a black entertainer ONLY not because you have the best show. I have defended you when people have wondered if you were female or not. Laughed at you calling you a n—–want-a b- gew. Horrible things because you were considered not smart and were not black conscious. I have again defended you by saying every black face dose not have that kind of commitment. I was horrified at your show tonight. You had a white woman on your show that glorified bastard childbirth, sleeping with married men, humiliates real music, and as Nene stated dose treat her assistant with the ultimate disrespect. THIS WAS YOUR CHOSEN GUEST. You blasted a beautiful black woman who simply had a beautiful and HONORABLE marrage. Kim really should sit down, she has dated a Married Man, dated a Women, now she having a baby with a Football Player..like Duh..make up you’r mind on what you want. you have kids, girls for that matter, like what kind of example are you setting for them. you complain that NeNe is verbally abbusive, and that she is violent, but take a good look at your self and what really should be the most important thing to you. that should be the image/example that you are setting for your DAUGHTERS. I don’t think the finale was boring I think Kim was boring!!!!!!!!! No one cares about Kim’s boobs but her and thats it. And Wendy needs to quit trying to be Oprah you are not Oprah!!!!!!!!! hey wendy.. How you doin!! LOL.. I was looking forward 2 the episode with Kim and everything else. But for some reason the new show didn’t air. I’m watching in Chicago, IL at 10am CST. I don’t know what happened, but it was an old episode but it said new. Do you know what may have happened or will I be able to catch the new episode later on tonight? Thank you and I looovveee you and your show. You are such a joy to watch and very encouraging. You go girl!!

I love the fact that Cynthia isn’t in all that high school drama YET it doesn’t take much to get pulled into it and as far as her wedding I don’t think it was all just about money…. It’s about being able to depend on your man when needed, he didn’t even get the wedding bands for the wedding an that’s the only thing on his list to do for the wedding not to mention other things I’m sure wasn’t showed on t.v.

If Nene leaves the show, they’ll need to get someone just as controversal as she is to keep the show interesting. I personally felt the show centered around her, because of her bold in your face personality. I actually feel that they need to get real housewives to replace the unmarried cast, then create another show called: Single ladies doing it BIG in the ATL.

Congrats to Kim on her pregnancy.
Cynthia certainly should not have had that wedding. The whole thing was pathetic, and in front of millions of viewers. She looked like a desperate woman who was proving she would not run from this one. Even her comment at the end (paraphrased) “it may not be happily ever after, but it’s happy now…” That sounds like an out-right statement that she “KNOW” this union if going to fail.
As far as NeNe, her comment about leaving Atlanta to come to LA: Please don’t. She’s just too crazy. I think she should stay in Atlanta and create her own cartoon for Adult Swin called “NeNe’s Crazy World” where only NeNe is perfect.

I didn’t think the finale was boring. I do believe that if Cynthia didn’t really want to get married she wouldn’t have. Kim is cool, but she also is the one like the K Sisters – don’t have to have a lot, to be equal to the talented people out there. I am just saying – but everyone has support theirselves some how.
BTW: Nene is off her rocker. I believe she is very envious of Kim – (don’t know why, but she really is a crazy women)

I think its terrible that SOME people are commenting that Cynthia shuld not have her weding. there are millions of people that have weedings that are over their budget or who really dont have the money at all. If she wants a wedding, she should have her wedding. If she isnt asking for the money from outsiders then sop complaining about HER wedding. Also just because she isnt full of drama childish drama doesnt mean she is boring!

I think it was obvious that Cynthia was having second thoughts about the whole thing. Why marry this guy, if you’re not sure? I hope it was worth it. But anytime you are already thinking divorce (if things don’t work out) 2 days before the big “I DO”, is NOT a good sign AT ALL!
