Eric and Jessica have only dated for 6-months and according to news reports, there is no prenup. Between her music career and shoe line, Jessica has MONEY.

Yes wendy, she needs a prenup she has to much money and has worked to hard to just give it up.plus it would be fine if both sign one.then that way neither would get anything if it dosent work out.Don’t be another Brittiny Spares Jessica!!

Hey wendy!!! How u dooin?! Lolz Of course she shud get a prenup!! Becuz she worked hard for her money n if he ain’t doing much these dayz n thingz don’t work out then he may try to take her money n maybe even alimony. She better save her hard work. And women always have another secret account anywayz lolz
but the point is he shouldn’t leave the marriage richer than he did coming in becuz he may be trying to run a game on her or try to get more fame… Who knows…
