hi, wendy i like your new look. more conservative, huh. i have always been so very proud of our black women that are making ground breaking strides. perhaps one day, and i mean this in a good way, you can develop a more serious segment to your show. our families are dealing with some very hard issues and we need a voice. i know,i know not too serious right. but remember that we are coming up on the memorial of Dr Martin L. King, and on that note i would like to just direct your focus to children’s issues in our country. I will cut to the chase. i am a grandmother that along with other grandmothers in my shoes are fighting the war against the states laws concerning ‘ CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES REMOVING CHILDREN FROM THEIR HOMES AND FARMED OUT TO FOSTER CARE, THIRD PARTY TO FAMILIES ADOPTIONS, TAKING PARENTAL RIGHTS, ALL FOR THE SAKE OF FEDERAL FUNDING. Yeh, you heard me right and i hope that you don’t ignore our alarm that we are trying to sound. it is a child halocaust, children are literally snatched from mothers, grandmothers, and families without proven evidence of abuse. please don’t get me wrong there are some legitimate cases out there for removing children. those are not the cases i am referring to. both myself and my husband just lost our 3year old granddaughter Sanyaah whom we had taken care of for three years, to a man that was not her father. My story and other familys are similar in the facts that where the state (SRS), and child protection services are concerned along with shady attorneys and social workers that work for these agencies. People hear and automaticly think that we did something wrong but not so. We trust them, did what they said only to lose our most prize possessions our kids. please give us a chance to tell our stories on your show. the world needs to know. families and parents need to know they are not alone. please write or call for more info. also fyi http://www.familyrightsassociation.com/bin/white papers articles/ dorothy never coming home/.
p.s In this article Kansas ranks high on the list of removing children for federal funding. Kansas is the state that i live in.

Wendy – today’s show was fun !! I loved the trees! I love you rnever ending enthusiasm. I missed the last segment of your show – the last 5 minutes. Were the two ladies in the audience the winners of the Wendy Gala Correspondents? My speakers do not work on my computer so I could not figure out when I watched in on the internet. Also, are you on hiatus from 12/16 until 1/10? I cannot request tickets for that timeframe. We love you here in Jersey. Thanks for keeping it real !!!!!

Wendy, you look amazing. Love the dress and the shoes. I am saving up so I too can own a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes. Hoping to have them by June 2011.

I do not like this at all! I don’t like your wigs that are this long, and the shoes are so wrong with this outfit. Maybe if you had a belt and different shoes it would make it better, but I still don’t like that long wig. All the other outfits from this week were so good, so I guess I’ll let this one slide.

wendy i love all your wigs! i especially love this one. as i am trying to grow out my hair to be long, im jealous every time you wear this wig! one thing i have to ask or comment on are the sections of hair over your shoulder. one side looks longer than other. i think this everytime you wear it. even or uneven, i am still a fan!!!

Hey Wendy,
I wish you were closer, I would love to come to your show. You have really perked up my holiday. It has always been a low time for me, especially since I lost my job. Your smile is very contagious and has helped me get through some low afternoons.
Hope you and your family and staff have a great Christmas and Wonderful New year!
And again, thanks for your neverending smile!

Wendy I love your show. Its down to earth, you talk about stores and products that the average person with a average income can buy. I would like to let you know that you are giving me the courage to invest in my 1st pair of heels. I am a African-American female 6’2 without heels and 185 pounds. I wear mens sneakers and boots size 7 1/2 -8 and I finally found a flat pair of boots to wear with jeans. I use to hate being the tallest female but now that I have entered into my 30′s I am comfortable with my height but I never have done the high heels. I am going to go to Payless and invest in some shoes. Wish me luck that I dont break a ankle. You fan-Brandi Robinson

I loved your show today, thought that the Christmas tress were cute and affordable just like your style for the regular girl. Your outfit today was simple yet stunning, and I LOVED the new hair (petting and all…lol). I would llove to know what line of wigs you use so I can start. Also one last thing is there ever going to be a show for a girl like me I’m 29 y/o & 6.5 months pregnant, I’m looking for cute and stylish clothes & shoes to wear. I live in the DC area and there aren’t that many stores that cater to maternity clothing for a young AA female, CAN YOU PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks you Wendy in advance for just reading this and Happy Holiday’s to you, your staff and your beautiful family.
