Salmonella Chocolate:
Not sure who is advising Wendy. I was listening to her show today (Nov 5) and she was discussing Halloween Candy and the Expiration of Chocolate. Her comment verbatim was that outdated candy is dangerous. The white spots on top of Chocolate is the start of Salmonella. Not true.
Fact: The white is actually “fat bloom”. caused by improper storage or shipping temperatures. The cocoa butter will surface to the top if the Temp exceeds 75+-F or 50+- Rh.
Please ensure that Wendy is communicating the correct information. The white stuff as she calls it is not the beginning stages of a Pathogen, JR

I think she needs to be kicked in her ass for messing up a gift or talent that she had I hate it when people are fortunate to be able to live a decent life and mess up

I agree! My duaghter is not a “small” child and I could not imagine how she would feel if someone called her fat! Wendy I love you but sooooo uncalled for.

i didn’t think the interview with Shannen wasn’t all cracked up to be..I thought it would be more question for Shannen…I’m sorry to say, this wasn’t the BEST Shannen interview at all..

Children have a hard enough time growing up and being called names. I think Wendy should apologize for calling the girl the that Eva Longria daughter fat on the air. She talks about bulling on her show then turns around an called this child fat on the air. Imagine how this child would fell if she heard this. Apologize Wendy.
