  3. Hey Wendy,

    How u doin???

I can’t wait until your new shows start on Sept. 6. Also thanks for the tips on healthy, but tasty snacks. I’m struggling to lose at least 25lbs. It is truly a struggle because I’m menopausal, and I didn’t realize just how hard it could be!!!

I need some “healthy” support from women who are in there early fifties, and can relate to the menopause thing…

    thank you my sisters,

  4. Listen people, Lucy is definitely not anorexic. Yea she looks really thin but you can tell by how toned she is that she works out a lot to stay fit at her age. She came in like 4th place or something in her age group in the Iron Man Challenge – definitely not something an anorexic, malnourished person could do.

  5. Loved the show Wendy… always looking for new and healthy snacks and this one hit the mark! Loved the outfit yesterday too!!

    How yooo doin’?

  6. Loved the eatin healthy tips – I can have waffles!!! Kellog’s is jammin with healthy stuff! Happy Belated Birthday Wendy!!! It’s yo birthday it’s yo birthday! We love you Wendy!

  7. Hi Wendy,

I haven’t heard you mention anything about your movie you made when you were on the radio, what ever happened to it……are we going to ever see it?

    Sincerely, Dee

  9. Hey Wendy, I have raw Blue Diamond almonds sitting on the side of my pillow to snack on. I also, like Terra crinkle cut sweet potato chips with sea salt. I tried Fiber One Carmel and Oat’s about a month ago now I can not stop eating them.

    How you doin

  10. Hello Wendy,
Did you gain a few pounds over the break?

  11. Love The Show would love to be in audience!

  12. Hi, this woman looks like death warmed over, malnourished and unhealthy and has sundamaged skin!

  13. Lucy is definitely, scary.. Probably from eating all those recommended, processed foods–if she eats at all. Many young women see this show and again, we are shown a body image that is unhealthy and ecourages anorexia. Please ask your producers to demand healthy looking reps from magazines or in the promotion of other products which promote healthy living. Now, Wendy.. she looks healthy.

  14. Snacking on my Blue Diamond almonds as I read.

  15. The lady from Self needs to eat a LITTLE more, Scary!

  16. My first impression about this segment was that it was a joke. Lucy looked no where close to being a healthy person. She has a serious eating disorder or she is gravely ill. I can’t believe that Self magazine sent her to represent them as a healthy life spokeswoman.

  17. Hey there my friend in my head,I hope you had a wondreful birthday and the 2 seater bike is slammin.I was happy for you.Keep doing big things.HOW YOU DOOIN.
