Hey Wendy, how u doin! I’ve lost over 115 lbs and still going! go perez! It just takes a lot of hard work but it so rewarding in the end…it’s a much better feeling than after eating junk food and feeling like crap afterwards! …one morning I just woke up and just started it–slowly changing my eating habits and exercising more…no machines, no gym…my exercise of choice–walking and dancing! Just blast ur favorite songs and just go for it!! I began dancing for 15 min…now up to 60 min. It so much fun, especially with family and/or friends! But ultimately, the first step in wanting to lose weight, is to do it for YOURSELF—-not for anyone else.

First Happy Belated!!
I am so sorry I am just getting on the computer since two to three weeks ago. But the good new is. Today, July 21th is my birthday and tomorrow will be my older son birthday.
And I am glad to see and hear about Perez Hilton speak about his weight lose. And to let us know it take time to lose it because it took time to gain it.

wendy ! I’m fanning out !! I just heard your comment about Tim Robbins ! He was in town recently filming ” Green Lantern ” & was seen riding his bicycle down Magazine Street with a p.y.t. I dig the dress. Normally I don’t do colors that close to my skin tone for fear of looking “blah” but this is nice…hip, yet classy. The wig is “W-E-R-K-I-N-G” too
