how you-uu doin’? The body language expert Janine “Steepling Master” Driver was awesome! I watched her section twice on TIVo and like a dork I took notes. Very proud of Brett and all the energy he has. Going hither and yon so soon after his illness is amazing. I feel for Raine and Georgia about them having him away from home so much.
I think Brett needs to put aside time to be alone with Kristie for one-on-one time to reaffirm their relationship. I know it is terribly rough on her to be the sole parent of the children (“sole” meaning she is the one constant in their life) because I was in a similar situation. Perhaps the family could be with Brett on his away time for at least some periods of time (taking into consideration the children’s school schedule). That way, the family would spend more time together. Brett needs to make a more definitive step in reassuring Kristie that she is as important to him as his music, fans, and commitments.
In any event, I have been following Brett on media sources and believe he is truly a good-guy and feeling torn between commitments and family. Although I am gramma, I give Brett kudos and good luck.

How come Bret has been on 50 talk shows recently & talks regularly about his Diabetes & doesn’t wear an insulin pump???!!! He talks about injecting himself 4 x’s a day, which is completely unnecessary. With his lifestyle & schedule, he could greatly benefit from investigating getting a pump. My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic, & has a very erratic, hectic schedule. His life changed when he got an insulin pump. Someone, please tell him, he’s too damn cute, with those darling girls to end up in a coma.

I love Bret Michaels, really I do. He dodged the marriage question in a way that said to me “I don’t believe in marriage.” Christy must be a saint, having watched him get down on one knee and propose to three girls, each one at the end of a Season of Rock of Love. Girls he knew for mere weeks – or is he admitting the show was a sham?
Listen, the non marriage thing has worked for Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed, but at least we know Gene has been faithful (lie detector test).
I’ve seen the first episode of his reality show – I think all Christy wants to know is if he is indeed committed or not. Don’t dangle the carrot Brett, if you have no intention of, at the very least, pledging your fidelity, tell her so she can make whatever decision is right for her!
