Denim Fashion Show: Models Wanted

Jeans. Jeans. Jeans.

The Wendy Williams Show is holding a casting call tomorrow July 14th in the afternoon for petite women who have trouble finding jeans. If this is you, and you’re in your 20’s or 30’s and in the Tri-State area please email your full name, contact #, sizes and at least two pics to fashion@wendyshow.com.

Please attach 2 recent pictures (full body and close up), location, age, and contact information including phone numbers (cell, work, home) and email address.

Also tell us something interesting or unique about yourself. (i.e. I recently bought my first pair of spanx; I’m a mother of two sets of twins; haven’t been shopping for clothes in the last year; recently lost 50lbs; love pink but it looks bad on me)

  1. Please, please, please have a casting call for women over 5’9 or even 5″10 that have a hard time finding jeans.

    I am 6″1 and I have the absolute worst time finding the right pair of jeans. I have very wide hips with a much smaller waist and jeans seem to sag in the crouch area or have the little bulge at the back of the jeans. When I lost alot of weight two years ago, I got into my first size 10 Express Jeans. They fit great. Now, I am nowhere near a size 10 and need help to find jeans that fit me the way I want them to. I will eventually lose weight again, but in the meantime, I need help now. My husband and I are in the process of having our first child together and I want to be able to wear some great jeans after I deliver.

  2. I am a 45 yr old female.Your age & love you.I watch your show every morning.I am a petite women but i live in chicago ill so i can’t come to your show. But i do have trouble finding the perfect jeans to fit me.Since i’m only 5’2 & weigh 120 pounds most jeans are to long & baggy or to tight in the waist & to loose in the legs.What should i do Wendy?

    im a very petite gurl who never finds jeans that fit….they are always 2 loose or bulky…..i live in the chicago area (south side) im 21 with a 2 year old son…..i think i wear a size 5 in jeans but who knows…ive squeezed in a size 0 b4…..i weigh about a buck 40 but dnt look it…every 1 says i seem wayyyy smaller but thats wat the scale says……the best thing u can do 4 me is give me sum gud advice…PLEASE N HOW U DOIN!!!!!! LOLZ

Hi Wendy i have serious trouble finding clothes in my size I am 21 Years old 4’8 and it is complete mayhem finding jeans in my size and to find shoes forget it i wear a 2 In sneakers and 5 Heels i can never get a decent pair without them being too big…any idea would help thanks so much. And you know your the most glamorous diva on tv “how you doiin??”

  7. yes how you doing again. hello. alesia. dear wendy i need to now if i have what it takes to be a cosmatalgy. doing hiar or doing nails. also skin make up. i have allways have been thinking and trying to figuer out what my goals are and i’m afraid of the facted that i’m going to fail. so i need to now if i have what it takes.

  8. yes hi wendy love your show i would love to be on it and i would give anything to see you for the first time how you doing. i now with money problems right now i do have a way to get there. but i would love to see you. of i would get a free ticket..but let me tell you about me i was reading the modle thing and yes i really want to now about the molding bussness. and how can you lose up to few poounds. i think that i can do it but i’m going to need a lot of pointers and i need a lot of souprt. so but anywho i really want to be a fashion model. and i now i need a lot of pointers. with myself. because i donot have what it takes and i need to talk to you. or just give me some tips.

  19. Hi Wendy How you dooooing. I hope you can have a show for women over 50 who still got it going on, But would like a make over, with hair styles and all., but not wigs. Love Your show. I have a question for you,. What ever happen to Tookie Smith who dated Robert Denireo and had to sons with him. I would love to know what ever happen to her I never heard much about her, She is from Philly/ I did like her when she was on the celebrity scene, My friends and I want to know.
