What Wendy’s Wearing: Norma Kamali Collection

Wendy is wearing a black wrap top by Norma Kamali Collection and a knit leopard print skirt by Jones New York Collection from Lord and Taylor.

Her gold stillettos with crystal–toe embellishment are by Giuseppe Zanotti Design and her gold bracelets and disc earrings are available at Henri Bendel.

  7. love u soooooooooooooo much wendy and im only 11 and 1. i luv the basic black with leapord b u! and i would love to here u say my name on television and i would love to come to your show but im to young i wish i can grow and im a great dancer ,cat walker, cook ( i can make u the bst strawberry cake with butter cream icing i know your mouth is watery) i watch your show evry night and i have the perfect hot topic and it is about the whole erica badu thing and her video she is so real and i luv her her music and shes real just like u!

    This outfit is Great! But I wanted to comment on your reaction to the viewers reaction of your YELLOW outfit worn on 4/13/10. I think most viewers probably agree with Debbie’s comments read on 4/14…I did… it was a little shocking to see a beautiful put together black women (such as yourself) half step. Your viewers are cool with you but your La Lopez wig was a little frizzy and made you look like a Wendy Chee-a-pet, but when you showed it on your show 4/14 it was neat, combed, and curley. It looked great on the wig head. Your dress was terribly wrinked and was the first thing I noticed before you did your spin! Could someone have steamed the wrinkles out just before you walked out on live stage! Come on… I understand you were working the ” Walking on Sunshine” theme but maybe a yellow sweater & brown/black wig would of worked better and would have been a ball of sunshine as well. Well anyway, we all have real lives, busy, working hard, and bouncing kids, “a lot going on” which may or maynot require us to look put-together. But most of us don’t have a TV show airing one hour daily which does require the ability to manage to look put together when ABSOUTLY NECESSARY, even when you are not. Im just saying…. However, we do appreciate the messiness of Wendy (i.e. colorful setting, funny laugh, and matter-of-fact attitude) and your eyebrows were perfect, in my opinion. The viewers are just looking out for you. We love you Wendy and we do APPRECIATE how you do Wendy.

    i just want you to know i love you and your show. it is such a refreshment from all the other talk shows that i have seen in the past. i love your show because you are so real!!! the way you address your audience and the tea drinking and the licking of the bag to make sure you have all the favor, you make me laugh so hard when you do the same things i find myself doing when no one is looking. so i see you as a real person. i get home from work at 11 30 pm and can not wait for monique show to go off so i can get in the wendy mood. (how you doin?) lol. thanks for making my night happy after a hard depressing evening at work!!!

  13. Wendy, you know I’ve told you time and time again that you are the black queen in fabulous hosiery. That was one of the reason many straight men, like myself, love watching your show. Not only that but I wonder if you noticed a fan base has been complimenting wearing them also. I hope that your change in appearance is only temporarily. Can never turn the tv if ur on not like i would! Yesterday dress and hair i thought looked great change is good and who wants someone that is boring i love how u change it up and i love ur laugh!!
