Thank you for inviting Benjamin Bratt. I have been a fan for a long time and I have never seen him do an interview. I always miss the interviews because of work or school, but thanks to you and George Lopez Show I was able to see two interviews. I have all but a few of his movies on dvd and/or vhs. I get lucky on Ebay and won some old movies. I wish I can get my hands on “Follow Me Home” at movie that his brother made, but I don’t think they released it on home entertainment form. My daughter is an active actress and she acts in most of the plays at our college (We’re like the Parkers, we attend the same College), anyway, I am always telling her that when she make it to the top, she is going to play opposite of him in a movie. I love his movies, but what I love best about this movie is that his love interest is Erika Alexander, a black woman. I love that!!!! She did not have to be a Halle Berry!! This shows truthfulness and down to earth on his part and his brother’s. The only thing that I hated about the interview is that it was too short. Another thing to share, I was so excited to win a free ticket to see a movie that I messed up. This is what happened. I won a free movie ticket to any movie theatre. I want to see La Mission and I know that it is playing at AMC. I could only pick one movie theatre and it can not be changed, once picked. So I pick one of the location that is not playing the movie, go figure!!!! I can play for a movie but I’ll have to wait until later. In the meantime I’ll go see “Death At a Funeral”. Thanks Wendy, your one of the best.

Hi Wendy, Love your show, but I have to make a comment about the Tiger Woods impersonators, why, why, why were your pretending that either of these guys looked ANYTHING whatsoever like Tiger Woods???? Maybe you didn’t want to hurt their feelings but other than what they were wearing I would have NEVER thought that they were Tiger Woods!!!!

I love Tasha she is a very good actress and is hilarious I like the way she invests all her emotions into her characters and if I ever save enough money in this economy I would love to take her acting classes to hone my god given talent further. I know everyone has a little actor/actress in them but the key is getting it out there for the world to enjoy as I enjoy this actress.

Hey Wendy, how you doin? I just wanted to say that you don’t need to explain yourself to anyone! You looked amazing yesterday. Also, today when I walked into work I was not feeling it at all. I didn’t want to be there: I was so tired. But as soon as I walked in I saw you on tv & it made my day! You brighten up my day everyday ( I watch you on BET later on in the day.) It made me feel so good to be there and gave me so much energy. It needs to happen more often! I have so much respect for you and I look up to you so much. You are such an independent woman who admires herself and everyone around her, and everyone can clearly see that. Love you!

All I can say in regards to all the comments on your hair and clothes and eyebrows too?? omg?? It’s not that Wendy does not care about our opinons.
It’s about being true to thine ownself. I love that Wendy remains true to herself. I feel like the day you left the radio station you were comming out! I hope you continue to dazzle us with your style, humor, and hair. lol

Dear Wen, (because in MY head, we cool like that
)
A ball of sunshine, you are, indeed! I’m a Latina with a whoooo-OOO-ooole lotta hair, and I do it the way I do. At 45 years hot, I say: If you don’t like it, don’ look honey! ‘Cuz the ONE person whose opinion matters to me on the subject (besides my own da** self) thinks it is beautiful. Mine may as well be a closet full of wigs with what-all changes I make. If my hands were not on the keyboard now they’d be flying from hip to hip with hands flailing telling the haters to back off. It’s just DISAPPOINTING that some people have to be so negative about something so FUN. Tasha… She was wonderful! Great interview.
And OOH, the eye-pop comment yesterday had me laying sideways on my settee laughing. I get that too! But I’d never change my eyes and I pray you never change yours! And as Miss LaBelle said, your figure is amazing!!! Cash-paid or God-given, I don’t care, as you’d say, “It’s GOOD, right?!”
Watching/listening you is the sanity break for my day. Much love to you, and your whole staff.
Best,
V.

Wendy,
How you doin?
I watch your show while getting ready for work everyday. I just love your carefree positive attitude, it is very refreshing. I think you ALWAYS look great. People are crazy, do they have nothing better to do then write negative comments on such a wonderful woman! Keep up the great attitude… I’ll be watching.

Hi Wendy!
I just saw your show with Tasha Smith and Benjamin Bratt. I love them both. My comment today is regarding one of your audience members. It’s the lady that has been involved with a married man for 10 years. I’m really bothered by that myself because it seems like she doesn’t really see that she needs to break away from it and that she should value herself more than that. As a woman who has been there, done that and has also been married and experienced a cheating husband, it’s not a good feeling. I messed around with a married man for about 6 years before I finally got tired of it and moved on. I was 23 years old at the time when I met him. I am so glad I got myself out of it because I know he would not have stopped. It took me moving away to Atlanta to completely break free of this married man. I have to say that it was the best thing for me. I also agree that your 30s are some of your best years because my 30s were fabulous. I’m now 44 years old. I’ve also been on the receiving end of the cheating. I got married at age 39, but it didn’t last long because not only was he abusive physically, but he was cheating left and right. It takes something from you knowing that your spouse/significant other is out there giving himself/herself to someone else. I have to wonder if this ‘other woman’ feels as if she won’t be able to find a man that really wants to be with her and her only. She said she doesn’t want this married man, but yet she continues to see him. I got the impression that she doesn’t really want to end it, which is a shame. She doesn’t realize that she is wasting time and valuable years. I really would like to see her take a step back when she gets home and really think about her current situation. Maybe she could watch the taping from the show and see how ridiculous she looked for making excuses as to why she’s involved with this married man. It’s obvious her friends were uncomfortable with it, but kudos to them for continuing to be supportive of her. This lady needs to take time out for herself for a while. Believe me! It helps, and when she least expects it, she will meet a wonderful man; one that she is meant to be with and doesn’t have an ulterior motive, other women on the side, or worse, a wife. I got rid of the abusive/cheating husband 4 years ago, and I’m so happy to be in a very loving relationship now with a man who appreciates me for me and doesn’t feel the need to step outside of the relationship. It’s a wonderful feeling.
Wendy, you are the greatest. I love your show. HOW YOU DOIN!

It is true. Shaunie not only met Shaq during her 1st marriage, she also got pregnant with she and Shaq’s 1st child while she was married. Also, her 1st husband was a deacon in the church and thought the pregnancy was their soon-to-be 2nd child. He only found out about the Shaunie-Shaq affair when he overheard a phone conversation. The 1st husband kicked Shaunie out of the house at which point Shaq put her up in a Condo on Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills where Shaunie lived until she moved into Shaq’s home in Summer 2002 when Shaunie was pregnant with their 3rd child. She manipulated that move also as she threatened to not eat much because she didn’t want to get fat. So Shaq moved her into the house so that his chef could make sure she had a healthy diet. That woman is always on the prowl for an upgrade. She’s the worst groupie of them all! Makes sense why she recruited groupies for the show. The only wife on the show has been married for only 2 years and is contemplating divorce….go figure!

Hi Wendy,
My three month old son and I watch your show every morning and we love it! I just wanted to comment on what some of your viewers thought about your hair and outfit on Monday’s show. You looked fab! We love you Wendy!

Hey Wendy!
I just heard your lengthy explanation for yesterdays look and I DO NOT APPROVE! You don’t have to explain yourself to ANYONE! You always look beautiful and edgy and fun! All those “fans” who devote their time to bringing you down are not fans! They’re HATERS! We don’t have time for haters! When you don’t have haters, you’re doing something wrong! Keep doing your thing Wendy and shake those haters off!
