I know I’m late making my comment about the headband but I think England is the perfect platform for trying something new in fashion. Although the brits can be cutting edge at times they also have a simplistic hippy vibe….perfect time for you to rock your new look…and hey if looks silly….so what? At the least you did it and had fun doing it! I love you Wendy.
first of all i wat to say that i love you wendy, and i love watching your show. anyway i don’t think anyone is ever too old to wear what they want to wear, whatever makes a person feel comforble then they should do it no matter what anyone says.
Carrie from Sex and the City 2 wore a headband sorta like that,shes older but who cares,shes fabulous and so are you.Plus she wore it in another country just like you said you were gonna do.

Girl – get your mom on the boat with you!!!! (Obviously we would add some lamae for mommy’s!!) Maybe some wider jewels would look better…to fit your larger than life, wonderful personality.
PS – Love your idea of recycling the mini purses into fanny packs!!! YOU are one crafty gal!!! We told our mama to do that with her designer bags that just sit in the closet, for her travels.
