Any of the major strokes will work, some stronger more than others in toning and tightening.
Putting an Endlesspool in your basement or atrium, if you have one or consider adding onto your home a sliding enclosure that can open in the summer and close sealed in the winter and swim year ’round. If I had the space and land I would’ve done that but now must wait until my heated outdoor pool is opened next week.
