When it comes to “friends” in Wendy’s head, Vanessa Williams has always been at the top of the list.

Her muy caliente “Ugly Betty” co-star Adam Rodriguez stopped by the show today and Wendy wasted no time trying to play matchmaker.

  1. hi wendy, adam is a very attractive gentlemen and i dont think that he should be dating in the industry. it is just something about the industry that doesnt sit well with me. he seems very down to earth and he feels geniune to be. i would love to meet him and go out on a date with him. can’t say that i am a fan of his but i am an admirer. i think being fans of people cause trouble down the line especially if you have a pre concieved notion of what you want them to be and it doesnt turn out that way. let me know what you can do !!!!!

  3. Adam….umhum definitely a cutie. It’s ok to play matchmaker, that way he may not get with the wrong type of woman. It worked for me and I got hooked up with a wonderful husband. Didn’t see the show yet, but I’ll watch this weekend. The show comes on to late for me so I always tape. Oh, and Wendy I must say you are just fabulous. I love the show and your guests. I plan to get up there for a live show this spring. I’m a Jersey girl, but I don’t do the cold anymore. LOL

  11. Okay so here it is watched you today here in Denver @ 2 (& I always do) but you tell that crazy insensitive lady in your audience- that she should tell her OVER SEAS FAMILY to get a room- was just so Declasse!
    You Cant, and Shouldn’t, and Should Never propose that a family “gets a room”.
    Wendy- come on- and yeah I live in Denver in a nice house, not more then an hour and half away from Loveland, A Basin, KeyStone, Eldorado, Shoot- Mary Jane is just under 2 hours from my house!(all ski resorts).
    So please upi should have told her, I Never turn down a family member- not for nothing!
    Also, I was born and raised in Suffolk- you should have just told her to just shut up, sit down, and NEVER tell a family member- they cant stay… And YEAH, they get to stay for free- DUH its called F-A-M-I-L-Y,- they stay… FOR FREE!

    I know you Love V.W. but how are you not gonna try to hook A. Rod up with Jacque Reid. I think they would look good together. And they both got babies in mind!!!! Just a thought that came to me while watching the 12am show! Love Ya, Kiss Kiss!

  15. I agree Wendy aka matchmaker. Hook him up with single, lovely women from your audience. I’m a single woman, with no children and a job in community development that I love! I have a lot to bring to the table including a great personality and a strong sense of self. I’d love to at least go on one date ;-)

  17. Wendy, I see how interested you were in playing matchmaker well here you go. I’m a 35 yr. old woman, no kids of black and american indian descent and love, love, love Adam since the first season of CSI Miami. Even before anyone knew who he was. I love Vanesssa Williams also but i think she may be a little tooo experienced for him. If you catch my drift…(I’m not hatin I’m just sayin). I know you actually reading this and taking action only happens in dreams but hey a girl can wish upon a star, right? I hope you do play matchmaker cause I believe I’m the perfect match for Adam. Come on Wendy take a chance. By the way I love, love, love you tooo!!!

  18. Wendy, You shouldn’t have criticized this man for his mature, modern, healthy friendships with women from his past. Jealousy is rooted in fear. Hopefully, he will continue to draw strong, mature, secure women into his life and he will be able to continue his friendships. Women should be drawn to a man of this caliber. They should realize that, should something happen that their closer relationship has to end, they too can continue to have a friendship with him. Not just that… should he have children in the future, odds are this is a man that will continue to remain in the lives of the children, and be civil at bare minimum with their mother. This is a POSITIVE!!! and something that should be cultivated in this society, NOT warned against. The term is compersion… look it up!
