Hi Wendy — love love your show!
Today’s segment of fashion dogs was HILARIOUS.
Our favorite was the tutu bulldog.
But what about cats?
We want Dara back with more fashion and information for all her “finds.” Is there a website or a blog where I can find more information?
Thanks

Hi Wendy! Let me start by saying – HOW U DOIN’ and that I love your show, when I can watch it. I would like to comment on the show today, Tuesday, March 2, 2010, regarding the Tutu by Bark Slope. I truly feel as though my very good friend, Beverly Smith, and her business, Make A Tail Wag, need to be recognized, or should have been, for the Tutus that SHE hand makes and sells to retailers/wholesalers, such as Bark Slope. In fact, the Bark Slope Tutu on your show today was manufactured/hand made by Beverly.
Not only should each company that sells the product be mentioned, but also the manufacturers of those products, in this case, Make A Tail Wag for the Bark Slope Tutu. Beverly works very hard to produce her products and is a critical player in animal rescue in the DFW area, especially being involved in fundraising events for many DFW area animal rescue groups. People need to know what a fabulous person she is and how much she loves animals. She and her business deserve recognition.
I thank you for your time.

Hi Wendy!
I think you have a fun show. The doggie fashion show was offensive to me, however. Maybe it has to do with my professional background. I am a newly retired teacher who saw kids come to school in the dead of winter with no socks, too small/large shoes, no jacket, you get the point. Many of my teacher friends would “adopt” families and anonymously buy clothes for the kids. To hear the guest describe the “outfits” as “affordable “or “only” so much did not set well with me. How about buying an outfit for a child in need. Dogs have beautiful “coats” built in to keep them warm. I would never humiliate my Border Collie by putting her in an outfit-she’d be embarrassed anyway! Maybe I am a bit sensitve knowing so many families are hurting right now. Otherwise, you have a good show and maybe this was a “slip”. Though, from reading the comments, I seem to be in the minority.

Wendy! My Girl! I didn’t think I could love you more, but I DO! You actually got down on the floor to pet Macy — totally beyond AWESOME. I loved the doggie fashion show, what a great show. My only question is: Where was Eli, the Celebrity Chihuahua? He is the most incredible little doggie, he’s a Manhattan fixture, he has EVERYTHING including a ‘tattoo’ suit, and (just a suggestion, in my humble opinion) should be included when fashionista doggies are showcased. Please please please try to include Eli when you do this again, which I’m sincerely hoping you do.
LOVE YOU!
Sincerely ,
Patti

Hi Wendy!…
I have been watching the show and LOVING it since you have come on… I love everything you do however, todays episode with the “dog fashion” I found a bit “untasteful” (we are all intitled to our opinions)
I have been a dog trainer for years and the worst thing you can do to your animal is treat them like a human. I have been to homes where people have dressed up their dogs and then not understood when the had ‘accidents’ all over the house… they don’t like being dressed up…In fact they hate it…. if you want to dress something up, get a doll….
Just my thoughts…

BY THE WAY WENDY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR SHOW, I USED TO LISTEN TO YOU ON HOT 97 WHEN I WAS YOUNGER NOW I WATCH YOU EVERYDAY WHEN I GET HOME, IVE EVEN GOT MY HUSBAND WATCHING WITH ME!!!

The doggie stylist mention every doggie fashion producer except the company that produced the flashy dog collars. That was unacceptable. Each of the companies that sent you their products to be shown on your show should have been mentioned and information given. Having the information on your web site is great buy not everyone will take the time to look it up if the company name is not mentioned. I think an apology is in order to the Fetchers and Fighters.
