Wendy Show Remix: Girl Power

Can we talk?

Wendy and her niece had their very own fashion show and Wendy’s mom was back live via satellite from Miami.

Toni Braxton and Wendy were twins and her mom gave us a good “how you doin’?”.

The fabulous Raven-Symone proved why she’s a role model for young girls everywhere and Wendy tried to turn Jackie Collins into a wiggy.

These are our favorite moments from the past week!

Take a look.

Tell Us: What was your favorite moment from the past week?

  1. Hey Wendy I enjoyed your show the other day and I am a middle child too. I can relate. I guess we’ll have to, “get over it”, together. lol
Oh by the way! I love your lucious lips better in shades of red than those muted ashy colors. (with much love and affection). xoxo

  2. Wendy,
After watching last thursdays show and hearing John Mayer`s remarks I`m glad you didn`t finish since everyone was starting to get a bit squeamish.
When your fun show was over I thought about John Mayer and realized this man
isn`t a racist. I think he was trying to impress the playboy crowd trying to be all
    that (not being himself).
Wendy the few times I saw him on T.V. my impression of him was that he is a very
gifted artist who is extremely sensitive. When you see him perform, ever notice the
expressions he makes (kind of like out of this world like a higher power pressed play),then I remembered his heartfelt tribute to Michael Jackson during his memorial ceremony.Without even singing his brilliant atistry said it all in my opinion
if he felt any ill will toward African Americans he would have declined the offer to perform.
He also seems to be having relationship problems being able to seduce the most beautiful women yet not being able to make a connection. Maybe his artist brain amps up every emotion he experiences and sometimes his thoughts short circuit(example those playboy blurps).
Later on during that day I was able to catch a little T.M.Z. and heard his apology, to me it seemed sincere.
You know there is nothing more painfull than regret so I`m sure he is deeply upset.
They say that all of us have to try to be better people everyday, so maybe a higher power had a plan for this to happen to him so he could evaluate his inner being making him realize how truly blessed he is.
Wendy if I knew him I would urge him to visit the show and apologize, knowing you
(friend in my head) you would reach out and give him a big hug.
Since it is the season of love, I hope his fans forgive him support him and of course
    show him mad love.
In my opinion he has so much talent that one day he will recieve the torch that Eric Clapton will pass to him.

  3. love you wendy!!!!! how u do’un?

I can`t wait to see the show Monday. You are my girl I am so happy forYOU, you are the BEST!

  5. Wendy:

I think that you and Patti should produce a show starring your moms. It could be called “The Grandma’s from Miami.” It could be a cross between the Golden Girls and the “Housewives From…” It would make a great cable show,. Your mothers are naturals and have far more wisdom to share than Snooky.

  6. Wendy, your mom is just oooooooh so fab!!!!!!!!!
I guess you ” MY FRIEND IN MY HEAD” too.
Listening to you talk about yourself, you sound like
my granddaughter, she is only nine but i guess she is who
she is, she is not a middle child, she is a first child.
Her problem is that she talks so much that no one can
hardly get a word in. This is the constant complain about her
where ever she goes. Were you like that? do you think she is
in early training for some media something?(LOL)

    ALSO

Could you please give a ” HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHOUT OUT” to
my grandson, his name is ” DEVIN” and he will be two (2) on
Monday, February 15. He is one of your fan, ever since he started
talking, she been doing Wendy’s “HOW U DOIN” now he is up to
taking the not out his hair kissing his finger, pointing and rolling his
eyes with his how you doing. whenever, he calls any one on the
phone, yes! calls on the phone, he goes into his Wendy’s how you
    doing voice and attitude.
Sorry i don’t have any “pics”
    We watch you every day!,
    Love you Wendy

  8. Hi Wendy!

OK, it is 12:17am, I’m stuck at my cousin’s house getting my hair done and all I can think of is “OMG, I didn’t set the DVR to tape Wendy”. I am literally under the dryer thinking how I can see this show. I typically don’t catch your shows and have to tape them b/c I have a 10yr od and a 23mth old so I can just forget about TV during the week; however, I always try to catch up on your episodes on the weekends in between Gymboree and Dance Class for the kids lol. In any event, all that is to say this – are your shows ever repeated? I missed Toni on Friday’s show and I would love to see the episode. Please let me know if it comes on again so I can catch it and tape it.

Oh and BTW, loved Raven this week! I went out of my schedule to catch the show with her on it and said I’d go back and catch up on all the others later but I just absolutely love her and I, like you, thinks she is a FABulous role model :-)

    Love your show!
    Sharema B.

  9. Wendy Hello, I love what you were wearing on Thursday with Toni and you both was the bomb. Keep on wearing those light colors and those stocking were my favorite. I wear those also. Black and the light colors are for you. Wendy you are so kind and because you have been so obedient to your parents, God has smile on you. You continue to take your show to the top and keep it respectville and you will go a long way. I love the way you respect your parents, son, and husband with your show. How about as show featuaring Little Kelvin?

  10. Hello Wendy, I loved the MOMS on the show today they was telling it like it is…. OMG Raven was such a delight she’s like my lil sister in my head and of course your my sister in my head also that I have much love for,oh yeah I can’t wait to see you and Whoopi together. ,

  11. hi wendy, what nationality is your mother?

  13. You talk about styles & trends of entertainers a lot. As a young musician (age 25), I think its important for young artists to pay homage and “borrow a page” from the lives of more seasoned artists. Wouldn’t it be nice to have divas like Nancy Wilson and Leontyne Price (age 83) on your show. I have followed much of their careers through video footage and their discographies. Being a DJ I’m sure that you are familiar with both of these ladies and their accomplishments.

If this idea materializes, please let me know I would be happy to come open the show, play piano or conduct for them I think that they are great musical living legends & friends in my head.

P.S. You always have the most gorgeous women in your audiences. There’s usually lots of eye candy in the first two rows!

    Love ya Wendy,
    Derrick from Baltimore

  14. Wendy:

I am usually in love with your attire…like the short sleeve sweater dress that you wore earlier this week. Howevevr, that colorful shirt with the black stretc pants was a mess. Step it Up Wendy…. You are beginning to look like Walmart more often than not.

    Love ya.

  15. Wendy,

I recorded your show this week and wanted to see the talk with you and Raven but, when I turned on my DVR all that recorded was the FOX news and what was happening with the snow this past week. My question is, How can I see the episode with Raven?

  16. Hi Wendy,

How you doin? I absolutely love ur show. I’m probably one of the few straight guys who take so much stock in your show. I watch it religiously every day since its premier last summer. I do have a one piece of constructive criticism. I love the way that your show is set up with hot topics and ask Wendy, but I feel that sometimes there is just too much going on and I feel that featured guest are rushed like Dianne Carroll, Miss America, and the Shana the POW. Sometimes I even feel that you are rushed in sharing some of your thoughts and feeling with having to go to commercials and trying to pace yourself to have enough time to fit it all in.

Do you think its possible to reconsider how the show is set up-could hot topics be shorter? Maybe there’s only time for one featured guest. OR… is it possible that your show could become 1 h 30 min or 2 full hours with all the juicy messyness. Maybe a 2 hour special pilot might help you to decide if thats right for you. I know that this would involve more sponsorship-but YOU MY DEAR ARE SO WORTH IT!!!!!!! These are just suggestions from a viewer that loves you and your show very much.

    With Love Always,
    Derrick from Baltimore

  17. I LOVE PATTI STANGER!!! You two are sooooo like sisters in my head…to each other that is. Both no-nonsense, straight forward, and REAL as they come. I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t wanna be in Patti’s circle of clients, but I can’t say that I’ve ever seen her do anything for big girls. I’ve seen her tell a few ladies to drop a few pounds, but not maliciously. So…uh….you think you can talk her into doing something for the thicksters in the world that are PERFECTLY FINE WITH THEIR APPEARANCE? There are men that prefer a lil meat.

    The mom’s…TOOOOO PRECIOUS!!!

  18. wane eo see more sisters on this show.

    Love you Wendy!!!!!
