I went to your website to get the link to order this larger than life gift for my wife for Valentines day. I placed the order on Wednesday with a delivery date of Friday. (Shipping for a dozen 3' roses overnight to PA is about $60. It is now Saturday and I am SO DISAPPOINTED. The roses never arrived. I called FedEx and they said a ticket was submitted for my delivery but a package was never given to FedEx to go along with the ticket so FedEx DIDN'T have my package. I tried calling all day Friday, from about 2PM until 6PM. Every time I called I was automatically sent to a voicemail box that was Full so I couldn't even leave a message. Needless to say, the ultimate rose ruined my valentines day gift for my wife. They should change their name to "The Ultimate Disappointment..." $200.00+ down the drain....
