Wendy Meets the Big Sister in Her Head
Dreams do come true.
Natalie Cole has always been Wendy’s big sister — in her head — and Wendy was moved to tears when she welcomed her to the show.
Wendy has been very open about the vices she faced in the past, and it was Natalie Cole who also overcame a similar struggle that gave Wendy a lot of strength.
Take a look at this big moment for Wendy!
Tell Us: Who is the big sister in your head?

Wendy I don’t like the comment you made to Natalie Cole when you said “don’t embarras your family again”. Natalie Cole is a treasure, a legend. You really made yourself look bad when you made that comment. and to add you didn’t have to mention Natalie’s past drug history and harp on it for so long. We know the story, I wanted to hear more about her accomplishments and what she’s doing now. I really don’t feel like you gave her the respect that she deserves. Whenever you have an icon like Natalie Cole on your show, please be mindfull of what you say.

Hey I appreicate the fact that Big Girls(not meaning in a mean way) can cry too. I’m so glad that Wendy got to meet her Big Sister in Her Head. And to allow us to see she can be a girl just like the rest of us, when a chance comes around in our lives that it overwhelms us to the core. I am very happy for Wendy and hopes she really gets her chance to really meet OPRAH!!! Thank you.

Well I have been watching your show since the pilots started. Wasnt sure at first, but grew to love watching the mess that you are. Don’t even realize I am smiling until a commercial comes on. Anyway, today’s interview with Natalie Cole I thought was starting out emoitonal with the tears while you brought her out on stage….But instead I felt your interview was sooo awful on your part! Full of backhanded compliments without the compliements. You need to watch the show for yourself and see how many times you take jabs at her life to boost your own ego. Your ego gets enough strokes from you, so you need to watch your manners. A sloppy mess does not excuse thoughtless bad manners, which I truly dont think you were aware of…. I still enjoy you and the show and your everyday narcissism (which I get) but today was way out of hand.

Let’s see well I’ve always admired Brandy & thought of her as a big sis in my mind I love the closeness she shares with her brother something u don’t often see a lot or rather I don’t see alot…overall a great role model growing up.
Big brothers I would definitely say Diddy & Kanye (don’t look crazy @ the Kanye one) I actually love them both for different reasons…both for their unique swagg & fashion sense.
I think Kanye would be an awesome big brother & very protective- Me & my P.I.C. (partna in crime) take up for him wheneva someone got something to say & ain’t neva met the man but he’s always in our thoughts lol
Diddy very business minded I love that…I could learn a lot from him & if he were my big brother I would be as proud of him as I be now when I see what new things he has in store

I just recently had surgery and have been home recuperating. I never thought I would watch this show – the commercials just didn’t pull me in. But I started watching and became an instant fan. Wendy’s total honest portrayal of her feelings is why I love this show. I love the way she laughs with the audience and can really be a “best friend in my head”. Today’s show just confirms why we love her. Her introduction of Natalie Cole was so real and so heartfelt that tears were coming down my cheeks with her. The show just ended here in Dallas and I had to log on and let her know! The show is normally on while I am working, but she is plugged into my DVR permanently!
