Wendy, I really enjoy your show and you have great guest with great topics. I feel sometime you rush the conversation and don’t let your guest finish one topic before you are on to another. I know your show is funloving, but sometime you have to take the time to listen especially when your guest have something really to say. Anyway, great show.

wow it blew me away how good she looks at 51. i also have to say that i always thought that women who stayed with guys who abused them were stupid and maybe they really didnt want to get out of it but i have resently had a deeper understanding on the issue of abuse. it touched me how she was able to stay in an abusive relationship for 9 years and still have the stregth to find something she was passionate about which gave her the power to leave when it was time. i am 27 years old and im in a relationship were the guy is emotionally and verbally abusive but no one sees it because he puts on this act to his friends and his family jus think that he can do know wrong. its hard for me to get out of it because we live together and i am not working at the moment, the only thing that i have to keep me from not crying is my school. i hope to get the power one day, hopefully soon to leave him and never look back.

I think it is great that you had mary murphy on the show. The fact that she talked about a sensitive subject such as abuse is wonderful because i believe that a lot of women need to hear what she was saying. my mom was in an abbusive marriage for 23 years and recently got out of it. women everywhere need to know that there is life after a struggle like this and that you can make it without these boys who want to be called men.

I think it was a great idea for Mary Murphy to be on Wendy Williams show. I love her on “So you think you can dance” show. It is also another one of my favorite shows because i love to dance. I also think that it took great courage for her to speak about her personal situation she went through in order to help others. I didn’t even know that happened to her. It is so unfortunate that it did and hope that it won’t happen again. I am so glad she had the strength to leave and start fresh. God Bless her.

I really enjoyed her being on the show! I’ve never seen SYTYCD, but I am a devoted The Soup fan. That is how I found out about Wendy! and now I’m hooked(to Wendy Williams Show)! Anyways, I’ve always seen her on The Soup and didn’t really think of her otherwise. You having her on the show showed how much of a strong woman she is! And your interview made me very fond of her! Thanks!

Wow! Mary Murphy looks so good.I had no idea she was 51years old….blew me away. Her story of abuse hit home with me as i am in an abusive relationship now. I have wanted to end it and i feel very stuck because of money and my mental health. I dont know which way to go. I do have some positive points working on my side: we dont live together, have no childern, no mutual money issues, and i do not love him more then myself. He just is a very scary man and i feel as is he were to find me after i leave, i would be killed or closed to it. Mary survived and she gives me new hope to keep looking ahead. When the time is right i will make my move.
