Wendy,
I watch your show, but missed the time when you made the hateful comment about my very good friend, Bob Whitfield’s eye. I am a close friend of Bob, his mother, his family, and I had the pleasure of getting to know his new girlfriend Tisha in the recent months (see her comment above). I doubt very seriously if Tisha would really be with Sheree on your sofa because she is a class act. I know she is angry with your comment, as I am, and Bob’s friends and family.
Tisha brought up a very good point when she stated that, ” if you knew him, you would have never made that comment.” What a true statement.
Let me tell you from a person who knows Bob well what he really is:
1. Regardless what Sheree says, Bob is ALWAYS with his children, always calls his children when he can’t be with them (ie: when he was away from home for a short time playing in the NFL at the very end of his career out of town).
2. Regardless what Sheree says, Bob made her…he paid for all her plastic surgery, he bought her a boutique and boosted her ego to the point that he made a monster out of her. When he met her, she was ghetto fabulous and he lifted her up (something like the movie, “Pretty Woman”), and made her more than she ever was.
3. Bob is very intelligent, he was drafted by the NFL as a business student at Stanford University. He owns one of the best recording studios in the South.
4. ANYONE who meets Bob, loves him…he is VERY approachable, very unpretentious, very humble, and very courteous.
5. Bob NEVER boasts or even tells people who he is when he meets anyone because is just that cool.
6. Bob is compassionate, kind, unassuming, very funny…his sense of humor is contaigeous.
7. In spite of his, “disability”, Bob never uses his blindness as an excuse, he is a survivor, an achiever, a role mode, a muse if you will, for many.
8. I have a disability, and when I want to have a pity party, Bob stops me in my tracks…and he brings me back to thinking of others instead of my own woes. He tells me that if he had let his disability steal his joys in life, and if his dear, strong mother wasn’t there to keep him looking forward, then his life would have turned out so much different…how, who knows, but he likes his life and thanks his mom all the time for being such a strong woman in his life. Bob lost his father at a very young age, and his mom was the stronghold for the Whitfield children. Bob’s mom is one of my best friends and one of the strongest and most loving women I have EVER met.
9. When I was recently going through my divorce, and my husband was spreading all sorts of rumors in our little community down here in Atlanta, including accusing me of having an affair with Bruce Willis (YES THIS IS TRUE AND IN BLACK AND WHITE IN MY DIVORCE PAPERS – FOR THE RECORD – I WISH IT WERE TRUE, BUT IT’S NOT), I felt so angry about him spreading lies about me….then I called my friend Bob to cry on his shoulder about it and he wasn’t having it…..He made a good point….he said, “How do you think I feel with my ex spreading rumors about me ON NATIONAL TV???”…..good point Bob….I never complained again.
Anyway, Wendy….I don’t want to rip you a new one, I just want to let you know to think before you speak next time attacking someone on their looks….you never know what a person has been through….not everyone is as good looking as you!
BTW-Bob is MUCH better looking in person….he’s darn cute actually…too bad you don’t know him. He’s a keeper.
Bob’s friend,
Katy

i loved the outfit with the jeans. so much more natural than the skin tight outfits and stilleto’s. wendy says she’s clumsy and i tend to agree after watching her everynight on BET. i’m always scared to death she’s going to break her neck in those heels.
