Alexa Ray Joel Is Not “Invisible”
It’s in the genes.
Alexa Ray Joel isn’t invisible anymore. She’s the innately talented daughter of music legend Billy Joel and supermodel Christie Brinkley, and an artist in her own right.
Not only can she sing, but Alexa writes and performs her own music.
She debuted her new song, “Invisible” on the “Wendy Show” and we bet you won’t be able to stop singing it.

Alexa is a beautiful, talented woman. She has a soft, sultry voice and is a great songwriter. Hang in there, Alexa. The older you get, you will realize that life is a series of ups and downs. You are not alone. We all wish you the best!

Alexa Ray stands in best tradition with the songwriting of her dad: Simple, plain, clear, straight but at the same time jazzy, groovy, strong, enthusiastic, outgoing, and just – genious!!!! I wish her all the best for her life, that she can overcome the pressure from the big name Billy Joel, be herself always, and have the kind of success SHE likes to happen!!! Your spirit shines Alexa Ray Joel. I have no question it will shine brightly for many years to come.
Yes, it is clear the portion of your Mom & Dad’s genes when you perform but your own style is also there.
Congratulaions to you and to your parents!
…I named my Daugther Michelle Alexa, joining the songs “Michelle” and “The Downeaster Alexa”,she got it in the same way you got Ray’s name.
I hope my little one and I have in you someone new to admire in the same way I greatly admire your Dad.
Sincerely, from an all life Mexican fan of Billy Joel and his music.

WENDY! GIIIIIIIRRRRRRLL, why you have to have cute little Alexa Ray come on and sing a song that, for some reason, makes me cry everytime I hear it, huh!? I LOVE her song Invisible so much that I’m gonna reccomend it on both my Facebook and Myspace. (yes I have both even though I am a “woman of a particular age”
) I really appreciate that you have all different kinds of music on your show.
