Hi, Wendy, I will say that me and my boyfriend watch your show all the time and we always say that you keep it real. I was so pleased to know that you had Chris Brown on your show last night. Why? Well, because I have been a Chris Brown fan since “Run It” it was my favorite song, I even had it as my ring tone at that time. I think that Chris Brown is a young and very talented young man. I know what happened between him and Rihanna but I do believe that he has taken responsibility for his actions and he is paying the price for it. So, I do believe that everyone needs to just get over the fact that he has a domestic violence charge because he is owning up to what he did, showing everyone that he is growing up into a man. I am also a RIhanna fan as well, and my intake on her is that I am sorry what happened to her but, hopefully she can move on now that everything was layed out on the table. Like I said they both are young, and this situation could have happened to anyone it just happpened to two young celebrities who are on there way to the top. Chris Brown’s new song, “Crawl” is Number 2 on 106 & Park, so at least he is still acknowledged of his talent. Rihanna’s new song is Number 10 on 106 & Park so, I am happy for the both of them because I am a fan of both of them and I love the fact that they are still climbing up the ladder. Again, thank you Wendy for having Chris Brown on your show!! How you doing?

The big picture is this: Bad press is good press. Chris’s career requires all the publicity he can get. Was it
Shameful? Sure. However, from a media business perspective at least we’re still talking about fella.
I can’t remember half of the artists of last year because of their lack of presence.
We all know domestic abuse is foul and some of us (even people of a certain maturity) are facing it behind closed doors.
The point is this: His young, he’s talented, and not infallable. The hope is he learns to be more calculated keeping in mind his need to wise up.
We’ll see in due time if he has what it takes to scorch. Better keep them hits up! Bottom line.
In the words of Jay “I’ll applaud him..if he keep going”. Let’s go Wendy!

Wendy’s Chris Brown interview was one of Wendy’s BEST – no fluff, no drama & handled with tack. Wendy asked serious questions and her encouragement for Chris to get his act together – no REPEATS of violence of this kind… EVER! Another reason Wendy will go a looooong way with her talk show (insert clap icon)

I still love chris because he was real and took full responsibility for his actions.Rihanna still hasent step up and THINKS ppl still sorry for her. Rihanna not many ppl are feeling sorry 4 you. they starting to see that your the cause. ppl are showing her by not buying her album. On the other hand Chris Brown album is HOT!! Not saying what chris did was right but since he step up Im not against him.

They’re situation wasn’t your typical abuse case. But first let me say, it was good to see Chris back & doing what he does best. He was so full of light & sincere. I heard the courts were very pleased & extremely surprised at how well he’s working his program. Maybe one in ten youths (females also) succeed at complying w/ court orders. Thank you for having him on your show for truly he is a good role model for all male youths who have made mistakes. I totally agree with Ms. Najah that Robyn Fenty should have been stripped of her endorsements also. Look at her..she has proven to be a horrible role model for all young females her age & under. She claimed to have been shame when her nude photos was leaked. But she turned right around and started dressing like pole dancer, skimpier than prostitutes. To be honest I feel she leaked those photos herself just as they stated w/ Cassie. On 20/20 she was over whelmed w/ emotion when speaking of the incident & how she realized young girls look up to her as a role model. She stated she could never live w/ herself if some young girl got hurt & she has learned to make wiser decisions b/c very young girls look up to her. Within days from portraying to be so sincere & caring on national tv, she drops the 1st release off her CD which suggests the game of SUICIDE is thrilling, romantic and cool to play. The video is dark & shows her in another skimpy outfit playing Russian Roulette w/ a Russian mobster! NEVER trust a person that lies just b/c they can. Furthermore, she’s gotten more dark & goth since her break up w/ Chris & her type of genre in music provides a sense of community for outcasts, sometimes giving them the courage to carry out violent fantasies. Since the break up, she’s also been connected w/ engaged sports figures, upcoming rappers, ex boyfriends from her homeland, lesbians, etc. Behaving like a promiscuous underage groupie. She also curses like a truck driver & drinks like it’s her last glass of alcohol, for those who dont know her. Lastly, she threw Brown & her devoted changed father under the bus in her interview. If she wants ppl to be forgiving towards her, she has to learn to show forgiveness. Nothing good comes from a dark soul. Fenty is a huge woman & tall @ 5’11. I was angry at Brown & his mother for allowing a 40+ yr old child molester to seduce him & no it’s not okay for a man to hit a woman. But neither is it ok for a HUMONGAS crazed island woman to start bashing on a teen behind the wheel of a moving car! That’s how her fingers ended up in Brown’s mouth & got bit.The more a woman fights the more battle wounds she’ll end up with. I know b/c I’ve been there. And I have family in the industry so I did hear what happened & I have heard from friends of both partys that there’s a very dark & obsessive side to Fenty. Fenty is NOT a submissive, passive woman, so I repeat, this was not your average abuse case. Every human being has a limit. You learn that in psychology 101. She did everything in her power to push that teen over the brink & basically admitted on 20/20. The police now take women to jail if she attacks her spouse first, so… IT IS NEVER OKAY TO PUT YOUR HANDS ON ANYONE! NO MATTER WHO OR WHAT YOU ARE!!!!

I also want to say to the young girls who say, ” we don’t know what rhianna did to spark an argument/beating. No matter what she did,
IT IS NEVER OK FOR MEN TO HIT WOMEN – EVER!
Thursday December 3rd, 2009 at 6:43 pm
I was very disappointed that you had Chris Brown on your show and supporting him so strongly publically. He didn’t just hit Rhianna- he beat her up. You have a lot of young women on your show and and it sets a bad example in my opinion to let him promote his record. Of course he is going to seem contrite, but his contrition just happened to be timed with the promoting of his new record. Also I found it very disturbing that he received so much applause. In my mind it is trivializing his behavior and acting like it was not the disgusting thing it ws.
I love your show, but I think this was a big mistake. I will however continue to watch your show. I think you have great energy.

Hey Wendy! How you doin?
Just a quick 2 cents i wanted to put in. Everybody seems to be hating on this young man. Yes he made a mistake and paid for it for the next five years. Nobody ever said anything about her going to seek help cause im pretty sure she is a hot head too. Again not excussing the fact that what he did to her was wrong. I disagree with it but let this young man make it. No one ever said okay let me sit down and talk to him and see what I can do to HELP but geez everybody wanted to nail him to the cross like Jesus.
Least to say did nobody say anything about Jay-Z slapping the taste out of this girls mouth.. Yes youtube it. Is it because she was not famous? Or she was just a female from the block or around the way. And he has the nerve to open his mouth and keep this young man down. Would it have been different if Jay slapped was B? makes you think…. My hat goes off to Chris he gone make it without the help and support of some.

I think that Chris isn’t being given the credit and respect he deserves from his fans and the other people who are criticizing this situation. Who’s to say that he was the only one wrong in this situation? I personally think that Rihanna had just as much to do with it as Chris. She says the realationship has been abusive but, what has she done to spark up his anger? She seems like a pretty tough girl herself it just doesn’t sit well with me that they are only focusing on the bad things that Chris has done and is feeling so sorry for Rihanna when she had just as much to do with it as Chris. That’s just how i feel about the whole situation.
P.S. Wendy I LOVE you! How yuh doin? [lol.]

Hey Wendy,
First I just want to comment on the whole Chris Brown Rhianna situation….WHO CARES!!! I think that the public jumped to quickly on the situation without investigating it enough. I was upset with him as a public figure for young boys and girls but what it did in my household is opened up a conversation that I would have never thought to have with my daughter (12) at this age. It also annoyed me a little to know that he was stripped from his endorsements but she wasn’t. Why not? Cover girls should not behave any just any way at all. I also saw the interview that Rhianna did and I found that to be just as scripted as Chris was. I think that it was time to promote her album and try to throw a little salt his way. The endowed comments as well. I wonder how endowed Shiloh Buff was…I didn’t forget that one. They are two kids who had a little too much to drink and their business got out. Glad that you had him on the show..can not wait for her to come. If you have something to hide you know you TRY to STAY away from Wendy.
On another note when is Jay and Bey coming….yes honey…that needs to happen.
Continued Success Miss retiring Oprah!!! Glad that everyone has and is enjoying the Wendy Williams Experience!!! Glad that everyone has fell in love with you (no homo) just as I have many years ago (I’m 31).
See ya soon!

hi wendy,
This is the first ever time am watching your show and I must say it put a smile on my face not only because your quite funny but because you have a good heart, it took a lot to have chris brown on your show and as much as this might not mean anything to u i truly respect you for that, life is a learning process and it’s not the mistakes we make that matters it what we have learnt from it, i believe in second chances i don’t believe in putting people down when they fall,i believe in helping them get back up and rebuilding a better foundation and i believe that’s what you have done for chris. and for the people that are so quick to judge chris i remember when him and rihanna started dating they tried to keep everyone away from their business, didn’t ask or seek peoples opinion,so if you were not there from the begining how dare u come in half way and judge the situation due to your believe, chris is a very young boy he his my age and you know what he is way to young to deal with this, he is still a baby like i am,if he was your son would u disown him and push him the way u did to chris( do unto others the way you want them to do to u ).It is easier to judge others than to critise your own faults people
wendy girl i just became u number one fan from the uk.. and i pray that the lord will help you through life, protect u when it’s needed, comfort you when your lonely and provide when u are in need stay bless xoxo

Wendy doesnt owe anything to you (PERSON WHO WANTS TO BOYCOTT HER SHOW). She is doing what she does and will not exclude certain things of her job that she does WITHOUT YOU AND FOR OVER 20 YEARS to please each fan she has. Every fan she has doesnt like at least one guest shes ever interviewed. When you write her check and fix her ratings to what others want to hear about (not just you) then she will put on only who u approved, MAYBE! What you look like giving her an ultimatum. lmao. U crazy. U can feel how you want about the incident! Everyone has their own opinion. There is ALWAYS two sides to the story and what he do is none of your position that isnt music. He could be taking fault to make her look better because he love her. You dont know. So stop taking gods place of judging for you will have your judgement day for that also.

You Betta Work It GIRRRRLLL!!! Now, I am a huge Chris Brown, before and after the incident. Alot of my friends are stuck, but i truly have moved past it. He made a MISTAKE!!!!! Our world needs to get over it. His music has turned a light on in my darkest days and his song “I Needed You” is my anthem when it comes to my father. I dont have 1, and I’m doing just fine……. He is awesome!!!!! AND YOU WENDY BRING A SMILE TO MY FACE!!!!!!! I FREAKIN LOVE YOU MAMA!!!!!!!

Wendy. I love your show. I too have been in that situation. Im not saying he was right doing what he did but there are 2 sides to every story. Boycotting your show is a waste of time so to the person who said they were going to do so. Get a life Wendy can do what she wants she is a variety show get wit it. Chris needed to be on a real show and I say real cause wendy is gonna ask it believe it baby. Wendy, chris, rihanna good luck you all..

I’m disgusted with you having Chris Brown on your show and also with your enthusiasm without speaking out against domestic violence. I have introduced thousands of women to your show though my animal rescue. Of the ones I have spoken to, all of them agree that you should not have had him on your show so soon. Additionally we will all be boycotting both your show and all the advertisers from your program. We have never missed your show. The only way we will return is if you do all about domestic violence awareness.
