    Will you talk about the story that Lamar (Khloe Kardashian’s new husband) proposed to Taraji P. Henderson first about a week before he proposed to Khloe? They’re denying it, but they DID date “briefly” earlier this year before he and Khloe were an item. Something about that smirk Lamar has that makes me think there’s something to this story!

  4. Wendy, Hooow u dooo-wen?!!!!!!!
    First things first,i watched the Hip Hop honors last nite on VH1. Foxy Brown looked a hot mess honey, she looked like some ill na-na!!! I feel so sorry for the fans that had the front row last nite down near the stage, she was crotching the hell out of them. And was it just me or was her look so bad that Mr. F-a-bo-lo-us looked embarassed to perform with her on the same stage? She ahd a “put ur head down ” moment x’s 10. Enuff of that and off my soap box, i’ve been reading some of the messages on this board about the jackson kids getting their own reality show.Wendy, like u i agree too that this would be great for the children, they have been sheltered all there lives and it’s money. Many people say that they should not do it, and that u should be ashamed of yourself for saying it would be a juicy show, Micheal Jackson was not ashamed when he was borrowingand spending money he know he did not have when he was alive to secure his children’s future; so why not let them have this show to pervide them with money for future stability? Im not saying they should rob, steal, and kill to be stable; but lets face it they sure as hell can’t go to Grampa Joe for money, we all know how that converstion will go. These children need not to be so sheltered or we will be hearing about them in the media as they get older lashing out because no one gave thema childhood (how u dooo-wen???) As long as they do the reality show with taste and class the rest will fall in place. I know what ur thinkin’ America, the secrets will fall in place.

    It is shameful that you would think using Michael’s children that way would be juicy or great telivision. Your eyes lit up at the prospect of this and though I love you you are wrong. They are children, not freaks to be gocked at to put money in the rest of the families pockets or for the edification of tv land. The rest of those Jacksons are messed up enough.Mihael’s childhood was messed up enough. It has been so sickening watching the brothers insinuate themselves in the proposed tour, in his music, trying to gleen a few dollars here and there off Michael. I hate to see them get their hands on Michael’s children. Michael would not have done this. His mother should know better. I hope that the other trustees get involved and stop this. They are children and even if they want to they should not be allowed to do this until they are adults and able to make the decisions as adults.. Shame on you Wendy for suggesting in your manner that this is a great thing to do for the sake of telivision. Fans of Michael should think about the kids.

    Seeing Florence Henderson took me back to my childhood.
    Thanks for having her on she is ageless and your interview was geniune.
    If you have a chance go to Life.com the the photos are amazing , maybe your fashionoras can outfit you in some of those vintage styles that were featured
    what glamour.
    Also if you are interested I will send you a Ford Models 1980 portfolio .
    I purchased it years ago at a thrift store ,I thought it was Ford Autos It turned out
    to be Ford fashion models maybe you would enjoy seeing there photos.

  8. Wendy watched Wednesday’s show (ask Wendy segment). I definitely agree with your advice to the lady that was dumped by her boyfriend of two years, who has the new fiance now wearing the ring she picked out.

    That so happened to me too…the window shopping, the purchase and the giving away of the ring that I picked out.

    I wish I had your advice back then, I probably could have gotten some closure a lot sooner!!!!

  9. hi was raised in atlanta,ga born and now live in my hometown of jackson ms. i wanted 2 know if u’ve been following the school teacher on trial here, convicted of 2 counts of capitol murder. do u think she should recieve the death penalty or given life with no parole because she’s female? how u doing

  11. WENDY GIRLLLLLLLL!!! I have been listening to you on the radio for the past 15 years, I am soooo happy for you that you have your own show, it is well deserved! I think you are FAN FRIGGIN TASTIC! Everything you say..I THINK! You are definetley a friend in my head! I DVR you everyday, and when I get home, which is usually quite late, I sit on my couch with snack and drink in hand and press play! I just wanted to say you are doing a great job, you are entertaining, funny, witty and REAL.

  13. Okay I just wanted to know if anyone heard the latest on Beyonce’s family drama. Rumor has it that Matthew Knowles (Beyonce’s father) has another women pregnant. Of cource the diva is not happy about this information, and has threatned to fire her father.

  15. I want to comment on an “ask Wendy” question. A woman asked if she should accompany her 15 year old daughter on a date to the movies and your reply was no. I understand where you’re coming from but at the same time I do understand the parent wanting to go because although her daughter may be at a movie theater anything can still happen. I recently took my 4 year old son to the movies early in the day and we happened to be the only ones watching a particular movie except for two teenagers who decided to sit all the way in the back of the theater which was only about two rows behind the row that we were seated in but they were to the left of the theater and my son and I were in the middle section. You would never guess what these little nasty teens were doing the entire time. I was so upset but I didn’t want my son to know what was going on so I said nothing until the end when we were about to leave because I could no longer hold it in. I spoke loudly saying that this is a children’s movie, they should have gotten a room and they were nasty. When I exited the theater I told a customer service rep who removed them. I was thinking to myself, wow their parents think they went to the movies or to hang out and here they are getting busy. That is the reason why I have to say that I don’t think I completely agree with you telling her to let her go. Thank you for hearing me out.

  17. Wendy, your interview with Florence Henderson was absolutely wonderful! You were sincere and honest, and asked questions that showed you knew what you were talking about – AS A REAL FAN! The only time you used your blue cards – the cheat notes MOST other talk shows REQUIRE, proving they are just talking heads – was to remind you of the FLOH Club details. Your excitement and respect for having her as your guest was obviously real and I love that about you!

  18. I may have mixed the episode with your remarks on Michael Jackson’s just released single. (“This is it”?)
    I have refused to go to the website to listen to it, but from the little aired, i am surprised that no comment has been made about the lyrics.
    Is it me alone that has a problem about the claim of “I am the light of the world, I am great (or is it grand he said).
    I know no one likes to speak ill of the dead, and the world has by and large been graciuos and forgiving of him and the mess of his death and the aftermath. But quite honestly, this album has thrown away any aoita of support i have for him and his family, especially that greasy brother of his Jermaine, who looks like and exact replica of their greedy and opportunistic father.
    It is one thing to be piled with accorlaides by other people, but when you begin to give yourself a name, that is quite vain and not humble … he is no different from Kanye and enough already for these stars, they have a moral duty to those who are looking up to them, and they should be called out when they step out of boundaries because someone has to penetrate through their bubbly space to let them know when they are stepping out of line.
    I find the lyric, I am the light of the world sacrilage, Jesus Christ alone as far as i know is the light of the world. Truth to tell, my first thought on hearing the song is no wonder he died and and in the manner he did – Shamefully, the lies of his true person exposed and revealed … a mere man after all like every one else. Even less!
    Bottom line, i do not know what the song is doing to the rest of the listeners, but when the dust is settled, i”m sure more people will regress if they are not already. I am sure this song has not just affected me alone as it has, but others too. Please put this challenge out to see what your audience feel about it. For me, i now have the same attitude to story, documentary etc. Michael Jackson that you do Jon G. They have strectched it too far, let it rest i quite honestly do not know how or what do he did selflessly for others, not denyiing the fact that he was a good entertainment who was favored with people’s grace by the mercy’s of God. But he is not even a god. Just a pathethic human being idolized by the hopeless.
