Hi Wendi,
Love the show you are true and honest and i love that about you, i even have my husband watching the show. I was just wondering if you had Mario Lopez’s Diet somewhere. I was going to do the 14 day diet, where u lose a pound a day. I saw all the food he put on the table and thought I can do that.

OMG, Wendy…it’s your #1 fan, Sean! And for Mario Lopez…How U Doin’? He has such an Amazingly Smokin’ Body! If only he were Gay…I can dream, can’t I? AnywayzZ, I would love to see him in some more movies! The movies I have seen him in are of a pretty low quality and I think he’s more than capeable to get some of those Big Leading Man roles! Mario Lopez is Most Definatly the New and Greatly improved Fabio!

How u doing Wendy? I was watching one day this week, I noticed you stated that parchment paper and wax paper were the same. Totally two different papers. Wax paper can’t go into the oven. Parchment paper can.
