A.L. went way too far for a first performance mainly because I don’t even think that anyone even knew the song that he was singing. TOO MUCH FOR MY EYES, YOUR EYES, AND EVERYONE’s T.V. SCREEN. Wait till you sell at least 100,000 copies.

I don’t know if he went to far. I think he is an attention seeker. The next time if he pull anymore stunts like this, adam should make an orginal idea. The number he pulled I have seen it in a movie saw called VELET GOLDMINE starring Johnathon rhys- myers. So if people have seen this movie they know like I know, he had to been sitting watching movie and thought he should give a try to push people buttons. He did not push mine buttons, but I was kinda of shock. I hope the movie people from Velet goldmine sue him for coping there movie bit. We all know how greedy Hollywood can be.

You know, the kiss was not a big deal if it was just a kiss, but there was crotch grabbing, him pushing a male and a female face into his genitals and so forth. The show was disgusting and his presence is irrelevant i don’t find him entertaining at all just nasty!

My beef is not with what he did but how truthful he is being. I get over stated feel from him. I mean is he just play up this “image” to make himself more popular. We all know androgyny is in!!! I do not care wether he is gay, straight or in between, but he should being true. It just seems like an act to me, alittle too staged!!!! But you know alot of celebs play “gay for pay”.

Personally, I feel he didn’t cross the line. I mean to say he did is to say that all the performances crossed the line in one way or another. He’s just one of the many that is taking his art to another level. I personally didn’t find his performance all that shocking, afterall Lady Gaga does the same thing and we praise her for it. And even still I found his performance not only tame but kind of bland. It was what it was and all we can do is let it be.

Great Show
Wendy I enjoy the show today, please continue to do great shows like this one. I hope I can look forward for more wonderful Ideals like you had today, the kids are wonderful, but seeing the adult asking question and getting answers is a plus. Your dress and hair look very nice today. For Thanksgiving you want your hair up try a short wig I bet that would look trendy. Wendy I hope you and your Family have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I didn’t watch the AMAs because I fell asleep! But I’ve seen all the news clips of Adams performance. I heard Adam’s singing at the AMAs wasn’t that good, which is too bad because he’s a talented singer. As far as the kiss goes, it didn’t bother me. But the face-in-crotch thing was a bit raunchy. Then again, every one expects these singers to push the envelope at the AMAs. And isn’t that why we watch? As for the AMAs being a “setting for kids” or a show that children watch, all I can say is if you let your children watch the AMAs 1. I question your parenting skills. 2. Why don’t you tell your kids about homosexuality? Or do you expect them to learn about it in the streets? Grow up.

Who cares! The world have more problems to deal with then Adam Lambert performance. People are always get so wrap up about the Shaninangans celebrities get themselves involved with. But what about homeless people, Africa (countries that are starving for food) , a Vaccination for AIDS etc I don’t need to say more bc we all know the problems in this world. If we all unite in put all that energy people are discussing about Adam Lambert Performance, Chrhianna, etc this world be on its way to a better place. As for Wendy her career is based on talking about Celebrities so why do you think she is discussing it? Who cares! Here’s a solution talk to your kids about things that go on in the world or don’t let them watch television!

Girl Boo , when are we going to say enough is enough.I wish we could go back to when we were kids (fyi i’m 35) and we didn’t have to see these kinds of displays on tv.Cable is one thing and trust u me that is bad enough but network tv allowing all the foul talk and naked people .Its enough already.I don’t need to see it and my kids don’t either!!!!!

Wendy I can’t say that I feel like Adam Lambert went too far. His performance might have been a little risque for prime time television, but like you said it did air around the eleven o’clock hour. At this time children would likely be in bed. Like you I am a woman of a certain age and I never imagined that I could see anything on cable television (or network television) that would alarm me. But if anyone would watch an episode or two of One Life to Live they would see at least two same sex situations. I don’t watch soaps ( I live with people that do) but one day as I walked through my living room and I saw two men with their shirts off kissing one another in the mouth. How is that for shock value? Not to mention on the same soap two women just got married to each other. I wonder how many of the 1500 people that complained to the network watch daytime soaps. Before I end this comment I would like to say that I love your show and I hope that you win as many daytime emmys as you can stand. By the way you are a friend in my head too, I feel this sort of kinship with you because I grew up in Asbury Park, N.J. I went to Bangs Avenue School and I went to Asbury Park Middle School. Believe it or not I used to frequent the Oasis years ago. I am surprised that we never crossed paths we probably knew some of the same people lol.
