Wendy Show Remix: Girl Power
Wendy scored one for women everywhere when she was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame.
We had girl talk with Suzanne Somers and Fran Drescher.
Chris Brown addressed his critics.
The legendary Diahann Carroll stopped by and brought Wendy to tears. Iman gave us her best “how you doin’?” and Wendy had a little fun with Ray J.
Watch these LOL moments from the past week!

Hi Mz. Wendy,
I love your show I watch it everyday with my eight month old daugther. When your show is on my little girl is out of control its hard to feed her and/ or change her diaper. She loves the theme song, once she hears it she knows exactly what time it is.
Keep up the good work, I love the hot mess that you are( I mean that in a very good way). Love you.

Dearest Wendy,
Luv, luv, luv, the mad respect you showed Ms. Carroll. She totally deserved all the love and courtesy you extended. As a result, and with the aid of my DVR, I watched that segment of the show more than a few times.
This is big with me, and I will explain why. When Oprah first started doing her talk show, Ms Carroll sent her flowers which she neglected to acknowledge. I love Oprah as well. Nevertheless, I was most disappointed to witness Ms. Carroll explain to Oprah her displeasure. Oprah was taken aback, and rightly so.
Yah baby! You did well. Luved it! And I am sure she did too. Ms. Carroll truly deserves the adulation. She has indeed paid her dues.
From another cancerian, much love.
Jennifer

Dear Wendy,
I watch your show everyday and your fashion style is very nice. I just wanted to comment on your choice of hairstyles (wigs). You look so much more attractive and classy with the darker colors with curls. The best one I have seen on you so far is the one you wore on the Nov 13th show that Chris Brown & Diahann Carroll appeared on. You look so much younger. I have spoken to many of my friends & relatives and they agree. I would be curious to know if many of your fans agree & what your personal feelings are about this. I love your show!

Wendy,
I have to admit I have jus recently fell in love with you and ur show. I love ur confidence & ur tell it exactly how it is attitude! The advice that u give to the audience & comments on events is exactly what ppl need to hear and what allot of ppl are afraid to say. I am a 30 yr old mother of 2 beautiful lil girls and of course they wanted me to send a How You Doin! But what I wanted to share with you is that Comcast offers a DVR box that is only $5 per month but you can set the box to record any shows that you want to watch it evens sets up a series recordin meaning that it will record the whole season without u havin to search the guide to do it weekly. (i’m pretty sure other cable providers hav it also) I love this feature because living a hectic life doesn’t allow me to watch my shows when they come on. The best thing about it u can fast forward through commercials & record I think up to 2 shows at the same time so u can catch almost everything! I hope that u look into this feature so that u can always catch your shows and watch them when ur life allows it too! PS Thanks to you I am now a Desperate Housewives fan I setup the box to record it on all the channels & caught up thanks to lifetime I must say that my fav episode is when Lynette was high off the brownies OMG my stomach was in knots from laughing!
Keep Up the Excellent Wk & I Hope to meet u Soon!
Love Tiffany Nicole!

Wendy,
How you doing? I work & try to get some rest when your show comes on. So, I record it daily and watch as soon as I can to play catch up. I watched the recording from Nov. 10 with your pictures when you were being unducted into the radio hall of fame. No disrespect & I mean no harm. I apologize if he’s married, but your brother is fine as wine. That’s a tall glass of water. On another note, you have a beautiful family. Keep up the good work.

how you doin miss wendy!!! my niece loves you and she does the funny how you doin face with her little walk…i love that you brought chris brown on your show.. Being in a relationship where i was the abuser(yes i am a woman) when i was around chris and rihanna age I know first hand that someone can snapped. When i was 22 my boyfriend who is my husband now was 20 we got in a fight about him cheating on me. It start off as a verbal agrument and we end up fighting and the reason why.. i kick him in his groin and choked him with a phone cord..he ended up punching me in my eye and we were fighting so bad that the police was called and he was taking to jail and the police even knew what i have done!! I didnt press charges because i was a fault too.. i forgive chris because who am I to judge when i know i have done wrong in the past. Like it or not men are humans to with feelings and emotions like us in the past i have called him everything but his name that his mom gave him, i have belittled him, smack him, kick and punch him. . His friends and family would see different scars on him and ask wants going on and he would say nothing because he had too much pride and feared being call a punk or being view a “soft” in people eyes. It took him cheating and breaking up with me to realize what anger that I have inside and get the help that I need. I seen my mother being abused and told myself that would never be me but I became the abuser. So thank you wendy for letting chris redeem himself as a man. He stood up as a man, took his punishment as a man and for that i have great respect for him.

Hi Wendy, I just wanted to say hello and how you doin!! I LOVE your show so much, you really have no idea. I don’t want to be bothered when it comes on, so I can luxuriate in it…..lol* It is very refreshing to see someone our age on tv, that doesn’t act all stuffy and polished. I love your bubbly personality. I look forward to seeing that everyday in you.
I wanted to say that YOU Wendy Williams brought me back from a really bad depression. I almost died a year ago because I had clots in my legs that traveled to my lungs. It was a harrowing experience for me and my children. I was hospitalized and then from there to a nursing home. Back at home, I was just so depressed until I saw you on tv one night. You had me cracking up!!! I was saying, who is this woman, I LOVE HER!! I was tired of seeing all of the young kids act out on tv, there was nothing really for us until you. You brought me back from the brink Wendy. I don’t think that you have any idea what you do for the public. You deserve all of the recognition and honor that you receive. I believe you will be around for a long time in tv, or whatever you choose to do in life. I’m proud of you sista. I get why you’ve cried on national television. We get you and we love you.
Please don’t ever change that about yourself Wendy. Be you!!!!! That is what’s making you so popular. Plus I love the wigs you wear, mostly the newer dark one. I think everyone likes it so much because you are light skinned and the darker hair just works better…..it makes you look much younger. (No you didn’t look old before) Have you ever tried a wig with curls that is cut short a little past the ears? I believe that would look beautiful on you too. I love seeing which outfit you’ll wear each day, I love most of them along with the shoes, makeup and jewelry. Your not phoney….you tell us all where you buy your stuff….I love that. Now the slim jims…..I tried that with the lighter. I loved it and my 27yr old daughter loved it!!! I never really cared for them until you showed us how to eat them…LOLOL*** The only thing, I use paper towels to wipe that black residue off of them from the lighter….I pray that you do too. That can’t be very good for the body…along with the slim jims themselves. Anyway, I’m tired and I’m rambling. I just had to write to you to tell you that we love you here in Rhode Island….friend in my head!!

Congratulations on your induction into the National Radio Hall of Fame. You most certainly did score one for the ladies. I am so very proud of you!!! Your show is the best out there right now: fresh, classy
, informative and always entertaining. You have a lot of haters but there are a lot of people rooting for your success and hoping you take over the #1 spot in Talk Shows and de-throne OPRAH. Although I still love Oprah, her time has run its course. Lets crown the new Queen of Talk Shows – Wendy Williams. I wish you much success in the future and you should think about taking your show on the road – 1st stop, Atlanta, Georgia!!! We would love to see you down here! lol

Hi Wendy,
I love your show, and I love your honesty. I’ve been thinking about your comments the other day about how some things don’t need to be seen, and I have to respectfully disagree. Yes, the injuries to Charla Nash are horrific to behold, but they must be unimaginable to bear. It would be one thing if her injured and damaged face had been unveiled against her will, that would have been extremely disrespectful to her and would have reduced her to a sideshow or tabloid fodder. But this brave woman unveiled herself willingly, and for that we should applaud her for her courage and for her beautiful spirit.
I understand that sometimes the truth is hard to bear. But attitudes that say, in effect, “stay hidden,” only serve to diminish people. It wasn’t that long ago that the disabled, the “others” within our communities who were somehow different, were not acknowledged as full and spiritually complete people. Sometimes it’s inconvenient, and a little scary, to confront the hurt and physically different people who share our communities, but it’s something we need to do to grow as a unified planet of diverse human beings.
I wish this woman much love and support in her life.

Hi Wendy! I’m a huge fan of yours and I am ten years old. I watch your shows every Monday through Friday. I think you are so beautiful I want to meet you so badly. I could just cry over you. I was watching the show tonight,11-13-09 and I really think that the song by “Chris Brown” was kind of pathetic at first, then I seen the video and just loved it. But Rihanna’s video was much better. My B-day is in ten months and ten days and I was wondering if I could go to one of your shows for like $100. I’m not sure how much it is normally but we are really not that rich, rich, rich! like that so yah. {I am a African Native, American and I would love to meet you one day.
{love, Ndidi
