Wendy, you look wonderful with the darker (auburny brown) hair. It really complements your skintone and features. Your makeup is looking more upscale lately as well. I love all the subtle changes you’ve made. You look amazing. Especially when you wear the form fitting dresses like the red sweater dress or the beige sparkly bandage dress.
You are hilarious, thanks for the laughs.

Hi Wendy! I love you in the brown wigs. They look better. Also, you wore a black dress that was long sleeve and long in length and you look so good. You look better in longer dresses than that short stuff. You are too old for that. To the knee, maybe, but above the knee, uh, uh. You are awesome girl.

I felt that the comment Wendy made about the lady who was attached by the chimp was very inappropriate! This poor woman is trying desparately to get her life back together. She wants to someday start having as much of a normal life as possible. I think she’s speaking out now because she wants people to hopefully accept how she looks and not make her feel so strange.
Wendy, Where is your compassion?????

I have never wrote a talk show before but I have to comment on the remark you made about the poor lady injured by the chip. I am not a fan of Ophra but I watched the show. I quess I was curious about the lady. You said it was not necessay and she sould not have shown it, but you are wrong. I was feeling sorry for my self because I have been confined to a bed for a nonth due to foot surgury. After viewing this brave woman and listening to what she had to say, she made me feel motivated to be kinder person. I am sorry you did not feel that way. I realize now that you are truly a plasic person. created by a doctor and no compassion for another. I know I am just one person but you lost a viewer.

Wendy, Wendy, Wendy I was really disappointed with your comment about the lady attached by the chimp. I remember watching your show when a lady in the audience was overcome about her weight and because you had gone through similar cruelty of others shed uncontrolled tears on the air. You get botox, wear wigs, and I am sure a host of other things all in a attempt not to be seen for who you are. This woman attacked by a animal showed her face to the world in hopes to be accepted. I can not image the courage it took. What is she to do continue to hide her face so people like you can feel good about your own insecurities?

Hi Wendy
I asbolutely love your show and your upfront honesty. However, on the 11.12 show, you comments about the woman attacked by the chimp were very insensitive … I was actually surprised by your comments. That woman will have to live the rest of her days with an extremely distorted face and to say that “some things don’t need to be seen” was extremely insensitive. Yesterday was probably the only time you will see her face, however, she has to live with it forever, along with her family, especially her teenaged daughter. I think you should’ve considered her and her family before you made your comment.
Otherwise, keep up the great work and I hope my comment opens a new prospective to your opinion on this family’s tragedy.

RE: Wendy’s comments over the woman being attacked by the chimpanzee.
I don’t think Wendy watched the entire show. The reason why she chose to finally reveal her face was because there was a hunt by some media and gossip papers that had been offering rewards to get that first picture. Oprah said she (the victim) wanted to reveal her face “on her own terms”. When the hospital found out there were camera crews and photographers outside the medical centre waiting to get a snap of her, a security guard was posted outside her room (all of this was mentioned on the show). Granted there are some things we don’t need to see, but in this case she wanted to do it and what better platform to let the world see her on Oprah, rather than some ‘greezy’ tabloid paper (and you were warned, Aunt Wendy). C’mon…you should know better – I’m quite sure Lady O’s ratings shot up quite high that day, because we all wanted to see and hear about the horrific event.

Wendy;
You are a beautiful person. We love you, but those dark colored wigs do not do you justice. When wearing them you are very pale. The lighter colors ar perfect for
you.
take apoll and see if they like you better in dark or light wigs.
Keep up the good work.
Love Ya

Hi Wendy. I love your show and watch it everyday! I work during the day for Ford Motor Company’s Vice President – Treasurer here in Dearborn, Michigan so I tape your show for viewing in the evenings. Before I can even go through my mail and voice mail messages, I have to plop down and watch your show. I used to watch the news but find myself skipping that to watch your show. My husband even rushes home to watch with me. You are my best friend [in my mind]. I am also a woman of a “particular age”. I have never visited New York City [my husband is afraid to fly] but one day plan to make it there. My first stop on my list is to visit your show. You go girl!!!!! How you doin?

How you doing Wendy! While watching your show on Veteran’s Day, you mentioned what to do about the underarm wet stains in your clothes. Here’s what I use–panti liners; yes, $1.00 a pack panti liners. They’re cheap, when your day/night is over, you just peel the panti liner out of the garment and throw it away. I normally wear one inside the underarm of my blouse or two inside the underarm of a jacket to prevent underarm stains on my garments. From what I saw this past Wednesday, you need to wear two. They should be placed side by side to ensure no leakage. Try it and let me know if it works for you. I hope this message is passed along to you.

Hey Wendy Luv what u were wearing today, totally fabulous.I liked how you stood your own next to Iman, who is fab in her own way.Wendy I have been reading the comments about the woman who was hurt by a chimp,There are things that happen in this world an we struggle to make sense of it one way or another.I didnt see it but people who make these comments about what was said out loud ,this is the real world and what WENDY SAID WAS SAID ON EVERY VIEWER LIPS why do u think that she was a guest on Oprahs show in the first place, because thats the kind of person Oprah is dont be fooled by this tv ploy. She knew that the viewers would watch and why would she ask this woman to bear herself, what was the price ???? Anyway you stay who u r Wendy if u bow down to the tv ratings u will b like all the other waste of time shows poping up at all hours of the day trying to fill the clock. So once again HOW U DOING!!!!!!
