On Friday, Wendy showed you this picture of Toni Braxton locking lips with the sultry Trey Songz at the Soul Train Music Awards, while her husband was in the audience.

In just a matter of hours, Essence.com reported that Toni and her husband of 8-years, Keri Lewis from Mint Condition, had separated.

  6. Doesn’t Toni have an album coming out though? this could all be a very well orchestrated publicity stunt (which isn’t new to hollywood). I dunno Toni and her husband have had a very low key romance/marriage for so many years and then to have it all in bright lights is a bit odd. Perhaps you’re right Ms.Wendy, perhaps you’re right.. that dude did something to Toni and she said “I’ma show you”.

  11. Re: Toni Braxton – I say go Toni . She still has it goin on. She was just probably in the moment, but I’m sad to hear her marriage is breaking up. You’re right Wendy “What did her husband do?” Love you and the show. I try to never miss it and I DVR it everyday. I’m still trying to get tickets for your show. I have an old computer and can’t upload a picture of myself. Shouldn’t this step in the ticket process be voluntary. I guess I’ll never get to see you in person. Keep up your great fabulousness.   12. I think Toni Braxton’s new record The Breakup was a sign of things to come. Also
    listening to the record, it appears that Keri is leaving her and that she’s the one thats hurt. Maybe they were together at the awards for appearance sake, but when the opportunity presented itself, Toni wanted it to be known that they were not the “happy couple”.

Whoever hooked these two up were definatly looking at Mariah and Nick Cannon as an example, eventhough I they THEY are actually happy for real!     After watching your Friday Show today I was not surprised about the kiss since my local radio mentioned the break up moments before I saw your show. I am quite saddened to hear of this since it appeared that they were a happy family. However, I do not agree with her kissing this young man considering she is a mother. This is of poor taste and i am quite disappointed. Just some thoughts I wanted to share since getting your tweet. Keep it grown and fabulous. Congratulations on your induction. Again, got your tweet on the dinner with all the old men. Love it lady.

  19. Its one thing to let the world know that she leaving her husband, but to let the world know she want to be a cougar! come on that was not sexy. she must of had a lot of dream about kissing trey songs like that. and she got her chance. DAMN! lucky trick.lol
