WENDY WENDY WENDY!
LITTLE SISTER IN MY HEAD. I CAN’T AGREE WITH YOU ON THIS ONE. SOME THINGS YOU ARE ON POINT, BUT MARRIAGE AND CHILDREN ARE A SERIOUS MATTER. IF PEOPLE WANT TO SLIP IN AND OUT OF RELATIONSHIPS FOR THE FUN OF IT WITHOUT REGARDS TO WHAT IS TRULY IMPORTANT WHICH IS LOVE AND RESPECT THAT’S ONE THING, BUT LEAVE THE INNOCENT CHILDREN OUT OF IT.THERE ARE MANY REASONS WHY THE WORLD IS SCREWED UP AND THIS IS JUST ONE OF THEM. SCREWED UP PARENTS BREED SCREWED UP CHILDREN!

Hi Wendy…..How U Doin?
Ok, everyone has their opinion and here is mine. I don’t think that people should marry for money. Marriage is a union that is to be respected and cherished. Rich people divorce all the time. And the smart ones know the value of protecting their finances with a prenup.
They know that there will be some people out there who would only want to become involved with them solely for their money. You can only pretend for so long as your true nature will manifest sooner or later. I had a friend who was a goldigger and wantd me to become the same. She would always tell me when I mentioned that I was going out on a date to “Get his money girl!” I never heeded her advice because that is not how I am made. Today I am very happily married to the man of my dreams. Is he rich? By no means. But he is the most loving and kind man that I have ever met and he concerns himself with making me happy. He always wants to know if I am happy and does his best to make sure that I am. He shows me daily that he loves me and I wouldn’t give him up for all the money in the world. That’s what I was looking for when I wanted a man and that’s what I got! So people, don’t give up… it can happen with or without money.

well wendy iam engaged to be married and due to the recession i haven’t got my engagement ring off layaway yet and we went to get married in june of 2010 but our finances is holding us back and living arrangements and children from our previous relationships too so i think we need marriage counciling because we want to make our marriage last for ever and we both have disabilities too and are on social security and other asistance too. so i don’t think that the man has to be rich to get married and we still love each other very much even though we’re poor.

Wendy, I love you and your show but I have to say I disagree with you on this one. We as women need to put ourselves above all else. I don’t think it is wise to marry someone bc you got pregnant by them. Its a mistake that cost me a lot when I was really young. I wish that I had just had my baby and went on with my life. It is not in the best interest of what you may have to deal with in the future. Marriage is something that we should take as a serious part of our lives and not just as an opportunity. When we start thinking of marriage as a game to be played we create disfunctional families, kids who don’t know what love is and families torn apart.

Wendy I love you but marriage should be taken seriously. That’s y the divorce rates are so high b/c no one is taking it seriously anymore. And no one should eva bring a child into this world unless they love their partner. Its not fair for that child. If a person doesn’t know how to make money and take care of themselves the old fashion way then that’s their problem don’t get married and have kids cause u just want to be selfish. Its trifling and these young kids are watching YOU Wendy and are rele taking wat u say to heart and I know you’ve said u promote goin to skool and having ur own job and stuff I just think that advice is no bueno Wendy. But love ya wendy we don’t always have to agree with everything
. How you doing??

How you doin? I think that is so true. Marry a football player, basketball player or go to Wall Street find an investment banker to sponsor you. Why waste the cuteness if you have the access to the most successful men.

Thats the problem Wendy people are moving on to quickly what happened to for better or for worse that is the vow you take. If you view marriage in that way of moving on not feeling any attachments, you minus well not get married just stay boyfriend and girlfriend since its not going to last anyway. I still believe in dating until you find the one you feel you want to be with forever and the feelings must be mutual for it to work. Then get engaged plan the wedding and again using this time to still feel each other out because this would be the time to call it quits not after you get married. I feel marriage is a lifetime commitment.
