I was elated when I received an e-mail informing me that I had been selected to appear on your show on Monday, Jan 18 (MLK holiday). Yippie! One day before my birthday. Long story short, after booking my train ticket, hotel accomodations and comedy tickets at Caroline's in Manhatten, I received a phone call from Carolyn Burger. Carolyn informed me on Friday, Jan 16 that my tickets had been cancelled due to a change in seating capacity re the production schedule. Needless to say I was disappointed. I was devastated because I had planned my entire birthday around your show and hanging out with my girlfriend in NYC. The better news is that I felt hopeful when Carolyn said that I would receive VIP tickets for a later show . She also said that I could rebook at a day and time that would be best for me. Wendy, today is Thursday, Jan 21 - I have not heard from Carolyn as yet. She left her phone number. I have called her several times. I am hoping to hear from her or Kemar Bassaragh soon so that I can reschedule to be a guest on your show. Thank you! Always a fan Dear Wendy:

You can check out a website called visa journey to see how women who are Africana-American are investing in other cultures with great success.
