Hmmm there is too much negative talk on here (site)! Funny how people that dislike The Wendy Show continue to watch the show LMAO! To the haters: if you dislike the show , just find something else to watch! Trust me I do! Anyway Wendy, how you doin!!! I just wanted to make a comment about the black eyed peas food comment from 10.15.09 show. It’s not an ethnic or black thing. I am a multicultural woman (as many of us are of mixed race) and also being from the South, just wanted you to know that many different races eat collard greens, black eyed peas, corn bread etc etc. And btw I love my crock pot too: so I can relate.

HE WAS TALKING ABOUT ONE OF YOUR WIGS AND HOW HE NEEDED 3 THINNING SHEARS AT ONE TIME TO MAKE IT LOOK PRESENTABLE, BUT YOU CONTINUE TO WEAR THOSE OVER THE TOP, TOO TOO EXTRA WIGS ANYWAY. wendy, are you sure you’re not a size 12 shoe instead of an 11???? why do all your shoes look so small on you??? maybe thats why you can barely walk or stand up in your shoes. its not the heel height, i think you’re wearing the wrong size.

I watch your show and really like it. I too wish it came on at 1100 on BET. Sometimes I miss you during the day and i got to see you. But there is an issue I found rather strange. You said eating Black eyed peas was a black cultural thing. I’m white, married to a white man and southern. I grew up eating black eyed peas with fat back as a seasoning. I grew up in an all white community and I don’t know any body who didn’t like black eyed peas. I lived in both Charlotte and Atlanta and met many southern white people who loved black eyed peas. Some with smoke turkey, some with hamhocks and some with bacon and all with southern hospitality.. So to say it is a black cultural thing is surprising, cause I’m surely ain’t black. In fact my friend Cheri, who lives in atlanta and is white, saw the same show and emailed me.So we like to show you an act of kindness and invite you to a real black eyed peas supper which includes some fine corn bread. We do it right down here.. So come on down. Just because we’re southern don’t make us not like you. We laughed., cause You ain’t nothing but northern. LOL. It ain’t going to stop me from watching you, cause lady you are alright.
