Fall Fashion Accessories Under $100

Hot in fall!

Life and Style magazine Editor-at-Large, Dawn Yanek, is showing us some of fall’s trendiest accessories, all for under $100.

Check out these must-have fall fashion accessories!


Handbags: Bags with embellished studded details and metallic accented clutch purses are hot this fall.

The slouchy studded hobo look is a big style for this season. These bags are all about the hardware — detailed grommets, studs and zippers. Very rocker chic!

Small cross-body bag is just like a messenger bag, only smaller. This is a great alternative to a clutch. It’s multifunctional and hands-free!

Over-sized metallic clutches are in. Metallic was a big trend last season and this season it’s now okay to wear metallics during the day. Glam it up this fall. This over-sized clutch is more practical and the best part — you can fit more than just your credit card and cell phone in them.

Art Deco/Vintage Earrings: Look ultra-glam, but at a fraction of the cost. Big jewels and statement pieces have been in style for the past few seasons, and they’re even bigger this fall!

Jeweled bib necklaces are intricate, heavily jeweled pieces that make a big statement. Bib necklaces are better for curvy girls than chunky chokers. They lie flat on your chest, creating a slimming effect.

Ribbon/fabric necklaces are sexy, ladylike with a funky feel. They tie in the back instead of the traditional clasp.

Decorative zipper detailing is popping up in everything from necklaces to cuffs. For girls adding this trend to their ensemble for the first time, start small with a cuff or bracelet. It’s a great accent piece, without competing with your entire look.

Shoes. Shoes. Shoes: The trend this season is in the detailing. Step out wearing a sexy new pair of heels with embellishments, edgy details, studs and grommets.

Embellished flats are affordable, but look high-end. They can also kick up a casual outfit.

Colored suede T-strap peep-toes can add a burst of color to an outfit and are a must-have for any closet.

Animal print shoes are some of Wendy’s favorites. Not only are they sexy and sassy, but they can also change your mood! Animal print heels are an easy way to add some fun and excitement to any outfit.

Outerwear: It’s important to make sure your outfit is put together, but don’t forget the essential outerwear.

Keep your hands warm with embellished gloves. Zipper detailing, grommets, jewels and chains are hot this fall.

Chunky infinity scarves a very fashionable this season and you never have to worry about knotting or draping a scarf again.

Cloche hats are back! These hats have a classic, ’40s-era feel and are a statement accessory.

Wendy,i love love love love your show.I stay up 2 watch it all week .plus gurl i love every outfit u wear and when u cry on yo show it makes me cry 2.I love the audience.When i saw that u went 2 that skool and gave them skool suplies it made me happy.it shows how good of a person u are.the moral of this paragraph is to tell u i like your show and that if u ever come 2 my skool i would faint and that i wish i could come visit u someday.

  4. how come you dont list the big buddha midnight clutches on this blog you say its BCBG but those arent BCBG clutches those are Big Buddha and how come you don’t list where to buy it ?? I had to search the entire web until i found it…I love watching these shows but you need to put accurate information on your blog so that you make it easier to find the items you are promoting

    My name is Jonathan Taylor from Middletown,NY and I am a huge fan of your show.I am a young adult who knows how to dress and try’s my best to look good all of the time.My comment is that,a lot of television shows just like yours,show things like fashion (clothes) and accessories for just women.   7. I know that you love all things Kardashian, so you should talk about one of Kim’s new business ventures. She has a Website called ShoeDazzle.com. Which is the best sight ever. Its with Robert Shapiro & it is a monthly show subscription. You answer a set of questions that will help the stylist figure out your personal style. Then the 11st of every month you are sent an email with 5 shoes that should fit your style. Each pair of shoes is only $39 and they are yours to keep. It’s the best thing for the recesssion. The shoes are very trendy. They have a group on facebook where we all show our selections for the month & see if there are any other ones that we may like. If there is, all we have to do is call Shoe Dazzle customer service to order them. The are shipped to you for free and return them for free. It includes a return Fed-ex label. I think your viewers you really like to know about this. Where else can you get get trendy shoes for under $40. All the shoes I have pick have heels 3 1/2 inches and up. Please put this on your show.   8. Hello Wendy. First of all, love the show. It’s just amazing!
    But my question is, on the show there was (his name escapes me, but he’s bald and always wears sunglasses *his signature look*). Anyway, I am very flat chested and he showed a product that Paris Hilton sometime uses (because sometime that girl llooks like she’s got alot going on and then the next day nothing). It looked like two cups without straps & snap (or something like that) in the middle. I NEED THIS PRODUCT. But I don’t know what I should be looking for or where.

  16. This segment of the show was very nice, but what struck me the most was when you made a comment about the Cloche style hat. You actually started singing the theme song to The Nanny & the Professor!!!!! OMG… I actually tried to finish it. When I was little, I use to love that show. My 20 yr. old daughter, looked at me, and thought we (you and I), were both crazy. It was too funny. Once the show ended, I actually Googled the words to the theme song:

    “Soft and sweet, wise and wonderful

    Since the day that Nanny came to stay with us
