Wendy, I just love your show here in Maryland your shows comes on at 5:00 and
I get off of work at 5:00 and it takes me about 15 mins to get home I would get
home faster if I could but this past Tuesday you had Smokey Robinson on and I
was so looking forward to see it and I mssed not once but twice because your
show also comes on at 11:00 pm and I will wait up for but I just could not make
it that nite I am so upset. Smokey is one of my all time Motown favorites I just
think he is the most greates artist of all time how lucky were you to have him there.
Keep up the good work you are so cute

I have been fortunate in my life to have met Smokey Robinson backstage a few times in Atlantic City. It has been a few years now, but I thank you for having this great legend whom I love on your show and for allowing him to respond regarding Michael Jackson’s death.
Smokey is a very spiritual man as well. He has another CD “Food For the Spirit” which I feel was overlooked and should be heard more often..
God Bless you Wendy and God bless you Smokey. Motown will live forever.

Hi Wendy. Wendy I have been watching your show faithfully since it started and what I love most about your show is the “realness”. You act and talk so real about everything and you bring that out in all of your guests. That’s what all the other shows are lacking. I have never felt Smokey the way I felt him when you interviewed him. I mean I always liked Smokey the singer but now I really like him. Smokey the man. I’m 45 years old Wendy so me & you are right here :: lol. Wendy your show is entertaining, funny, informative and like I said before, it’s real but it’s in no way ever been disrespectful. You are doing a bang up job, Mami. Please don’t stop. Love Fred

Oh Yes, speaking as a plus size woman, Real Men, Every Man, whatever you want to call a man, like women with substance. Don’t get me wrong, they have their toys and play things but the guys I have encountered all say they would perfer to settle down with a real woman not a size 0-3, 7/8 etc or whatever and the bottom line is the character of that person.
The skinny, sick woman who eats and throws up to stay thin or who does not eat at all because of appearances is not a real woman. We are sending the wrong message to our young girls.
Be healthy, be real and plus size does not mean you are less than a woman. A positive spirit and character of a person can come in a plus size 16 plus or a size 0-8/9 etc.

I’m starting to agree with you Wendy, in ref to Whitney Houston’s owning up to her drug problem. I’m glad she’s back, wish her well, but I picked up on something in her interview with Oprah, Whitney is still in denial and I hope I’m wrong, but I think she’s still doing some form of drugs.
Whitney looks GREAT but in her speech and behavior– something just does not ring true. I hope she does NOT blow this chance. How can you go cold turkey off of drugs and just point blank stop without treatments?

Ok…Omg!…..Smokey still looks the same and it felt so good to hear some old skool….I remember having a boyfriend in school.At that time having a boyfriend meant somebody you kissed(no tongue) and they carried your books home for you.(At least according to me and mine) My parents were thinking differently and preferred I didn’t have one at all.It came back today,because I remember sitting on the porch singing,”I don’t care what they think about me and I don’t care what they saaaay…(Meaning my parents)LOL!…….I LOVE IT!
